I am alive, alert, and available.
My Self-Summary
Who is good at writing this? I can't imagine what else would go
here that isn't redundant. So. Without further ado...
What I’m doing with my life
I want to say that I'm a singer/actor, because that's a big part of
my life, but I don't want you to assume that's all that I am. I am
a positive person, who is open to most things/people life throws at
me.
In addition to pursuing my career, I make time to spend with
friends and family. I have a few close friends who are like family
to me, and are equally as important.
I like to see new musicals/plays, try new restaurants/bars,
exercise, and go on random adventures around the city. I like to be
surprised.
I’m really good at
Organizing things, making lemons into lemonade, being on time,
loyalty, honesty, having fun, being spontaneous, impersonating my
Longgisland Grandma, shopping at Whole Foods, being vegan - for a
day at a time.
The first things people usually notice about me
I've been told that I have a great sense of style, but I'd like to
think that people notice that I'm a great friend.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
It may not be overly apparent, but I love to eat...
My favorite foods are in no particular order: pasta, sushi (brown
rice, please), anything with complex carbohydrates, salmon, and
anything you want to cook for me.
Hmmm music... James Taylor, Aretha Franklin, Queen, Mariah,
Whitney, MJ, the occasional musical (and anything with Judy, Liza,
or Sutton!), Billy Joel, Hanson, Jason Mraz, and I'm always looking
for something new and interesting to listen to.
I love almost anything on HBO or Showtime -- Six Feet Under,
Trueblood, Weeds, Dexter. I also have an unhealthy obsession with
Blair and Chuck drama. Oh. Another guilty pleasure -- the Real
Housewives of (*any city here).
I always start books and never finish them. I'll get to finishing
Atonement and My Judy Garland Life eventually...
The six things I could never do without
soy milk
my golden retriever Casey
cellular communication
my new blue patent leather sandals (one of the straps broke last
night -- I am distraught)
method hand soap (the foaming variety)
New York City
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My next rehearsal, dance class (well, I think about it but I
usually never go), pinot grigio, Mariah's weight gains and losses,
puppies and butterflies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Anything but typical.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I don't like my feet. Isn't it odd that I'm willing to wear and
love open toed shoes?
You should message me if
You don't play games and you value honesty.
