My self-summary
This is where we try and fit what we are, into neat little headings.

I am the kind of person that enjoys a great deal of things, variety keeps life interesting I would say. This can range from the childish, through vintage laid back old fart things, through scientific topics through social and music/movies/media stuff (oblivious to celebrities though), to erotic escapades. I'll enjoy myself and no one can stop me. :)
It's quite fun to find the most random things in common with people.
What I’m doing with my life
Juggling paying attention to close-, mid-, and far future plans.
All in all, building and norturing my life, chase (perhaps) silly dreams, or just waste time doing little or less.
Moved to Manchester recently, don't know many people here just yet, but I have high hopes.
Basically, if I'm breathing, it means I'm winning.
I’m really good at
You are dealing with a self proclaimed kitchen-wiz here. I cook all sorts of stuff. And it's fun. And it's delish. Dinner is on/by me (har har wink wink, I'm fucking hysterical).

I like listening to people. If it's not my life, the problems seem so much more simpler to fix.
I always keep my objectivity, and try to be logical and sane about things I say or do. Just trying to ground myself I guess.
Other times, I just take the piss. More often than you would think actually...

My ability of empathy goes from super to poor randomly.
The first things people usually notice about me
Obvious long hair. And the "oh my god you are so tall".
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I like books, I like reading, but it's always a struggle to get started on a book. My history with literature is shallow, some mostly unknown books from various writers, the Harry Potter series, and a certain foreign writer István Fekete.
If someone recommends me a book, I usually follow up. Once I get started on one, it's difficult to stop.

Movies & Shows
That is another rather short list. My standards are quite high, the plot has to be great, the acting brilliant, the whole thing just bloody detailed. Or at least make me calm on the inside, restore my faith in humanity or something.

I greatly enjoyed two Star Trek series, TNG and VOY, I liked Generations and First Contact from movies.
I think all James Bond movies were brilliant or at least very good before Daniel Craig took the "spy" out of James Bond.
I enjoyed the Harry Potter movies.
I'm hopelessly in love with pre-millenium British comedies, think The Black Adder, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers, You Rang M'lord?, but I find more recent things, like Little Britain entertaining as well.

Another rather short entry, for music.
Most of what I listen to are not widely known (but wouldn't classify as underground). Favourites would be: Fields of the Nephilim, Agalloch, Sisters of Mercy, The Cure, Chiasm, Nine Inch Nails, Immortal, Bauhaus, Joy Division, Siouxsee and the Banshees, Genitorturers, and other, some well known and contemporary (or dating back to the 90s) stuff, bits and pieces, and the freak children of the new age popular music industry that somehow are still good (there are some!).
I also like classical music, but I haven't dived into it before, so I couldn't mention anyone. But if you play any instruments, consider yourself being owed a drink and perhaps dinner to. :)

With regards to food I enjoy most things as long as it’s not tongue numbingly spicy. I can eat things which are quite greasy all the way through to super healthy and love it all.
I cook and bake, and luckily I resort to supermarket plastic-trayed abominations less and less.
The six things I could never do without
In random order:
Rain. I like rain. Or at least think overcast weather. It's soothing. It's calm. It's mellow. It's "oh lets hide under my duvet and be golly".
The Internet. -... and with a few keystrokes you can learn random things about random things, instantly find an ocean of information, music, movies, communication, weather, news, phot-
- SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
Good earphones - Music basically, transmitted into my ears with fancy quality.
Google Maps. I like getting lost. But it gets boring after a couple of hours and I have to get back!
Hair conditioner. Yep. Nothing metrosexual about it. I just prefer my hair clean and neat and nice.
Comfy Bed. A fresh neat piece of bed. Sleep is sacred to me.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I don't spend a lot of time thinking about one thing...
But there are a couple of things that pass through my mind, and I still fail at figuring them out.

Such as, why people DON'T friendzone me.
Did I message you? Doesn't necessarily mean I want to bed you, or take you out to dinner.

So there is one or two little things you discover while talking to me that just ruins the attraction? Can we not hang out if we get along well?

Sometimes I am puzzled.
On a typical Friday night I am
Do people really have typical Fridays? One week I'm down at the watering hole, other I am nerding out at my desk.
Limitless ways to fuck around aimlessly!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I sometimes get somewhat attached to inanimate objects.
You know...Those goddamn shoes were your loyal allies through dirt and blood... It hurts me when I throw them away, but I do.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 18–40
  • Near me
  • For new friends, short-term dating, activity partners, casual sex
You should message me if
If you are a nature and adventure lover.
Seeing a squirrel running up a tree, or a crow hopping in the grass brings a smile on my face. If this doesn't sound weird to you, I'll like you.
Mind that I do miss the buzzing of the city often, and I seek out places with blurting music and a not too huge crowds of people.

If you take nothing too serious, but can take all things a tiny bit serious, and have a bit of wit about you, we will get along very well.

If you have a bit of kink about you.
