My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm an aspiring filmmaker with an oil and water combination of ambition, laziness, insecurity, confidence, uncertainty, and drive
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying it
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
adventuring, exploring, traveling, frolicking, being barefoot, sketching, soccer, figuring out technology, cooking, filmmaking (hopefully), twisting the negative into a positive, debating both sides of a situation, losing things.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I talk a lot
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love anything by Vonnegut, Salinger's short stories, any and all dystopian novels like Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, Children of Men, 1984, Battle Royale. Plus Beautiful Ruins, Middlesex, Catch 22, Phantom Tollbooth and A Wrinkle in Time.

I recently became obsessed with the three amigos; Cuaron, Iñârritu, and del Toro. Pans Labyrinth is brilliant, Babel and 21 Grams are amazingly nonlinear, and Children of Men is a perfect film. Mexico knows what's up. I also love Zombieland, Waking Life, Girl Interupted, Run Lola Run, Empire Records, Drop Dead Gorgeous, State and Main, 5th Element, Smiley Face, anything by Linklater, most Coen bro flicks, plus the vengeance trilogy and most Korean movies

I watch too much TV but I stick to the good shit. Arrested Development, American Horror Story, Freaks and Geeks, Always Sunny, most HBO OR SHO. Also (giving away my nerdiness) Battlestar, Dr. Who, Game of Thrones, anything Joss Whedon has ever touched

I love music unironically that people listen to ironically; especially one hit wonders. Plus anything that compels me to dance. But I usual list Beatles, LCD Soundsystem, Jai Paul, Alex Clare, Flume, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Flosstradamus, Atmosphere, Salt N Pepa, Velvet Underground, Nicki Minaj, Animal Collective, Crosby Stills and Nash, Baths, Stars, Kinks, Of Montreal, Tribe Called Quest

I am a HUGE foodie, mentally not physically. I put soy sauce on everything so it'll taste more like sushi.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
I'm not really attached to any of my things (mostly cause I accept that I'll probably lose it) but I would be very bummed without my family, my friends, and my mind.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
changing the world, movie ideas, song lyrics stuck in my head, "what if" situations, superpowers, apocalypses, zombie attacks, time travel, sex, and what my next meal should be
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I hate typical
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
