My self-summary
Hello, thanks for visiting. Lets see a little about me, well I grew up in Indiana, currently live on the soutside with a friend I used to work with and his girlfriend. I work in retail, I don't exactly love it, but it pays the bills. I'm the most down to earth and upfront person you've ever met, I don't shy away from sharing my feelings or fighting for my point of view.

I've got two younger brothers and two nephews I love spending time with. I'm mostly looking to get to know someone new, not looking to rush into anything. I prefer intelligent women who can hold a good conversation. Astronomy is probably one of my favorite things in the world, I love thinking about the universe and all the amazing things in it. I also read a lot about psychology, mostly focused on how the brain functions and the quirky effects it causes.
I’m really good at
Problem solving, I'm typically the guy other people come to when they're looking to figure something out or having a problem.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my smile, or cheekbones I guess? I dunno I've heard it a few times.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Just a brief list to give an idea, and maybe we share a few interests too. Of everything listed music is what I care the most about, don't watch movies or TV much, I love going to concerts though and try to go anytime someone I like comes to town, so I guess I'll start there.

Music: Probably a lot of stuff you've never heard of, not being snobby its just a lot of what I listen to has this folk music kind of vibe that turns a lot of people off, and that's ok we can listen to the stuff you like instead, I'm pretty easy, so I'll keep the list brief. The Builders and the Butchers, Jason Webley, The Decembrists, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Murder by Death, and more for nostalgia than anything else Nine Inch Nails.

Books: Anything by Kurt Vonnegut, Neil Gaiman or Terry Pratchett, I used to read a lot of fiction over the past few years it's been mostly non-fiction with a high focus on history.

Movies: The Count of Monte Christo, the stuff Ben Affleck does as a director. Pulp Fiction, Die Hard, Fight Club. It's hard to nail down favorites I own a lot of movies, and glancing at the bookcase few things really stick out.

Food: Chinese food is my favorite style, but I've not had a lot of luck making that at home in the past. I make a pretty good lemon pepper chicken, it's become my go to dinner recently due to lack of prep time. I used to hit up fast food a lot, but I got sick of all that a few months ago and pretty much cut it out completely. I am a sucker for 50 cent wing night at bdubs on Tuesdays though.

TV: Like I said I don't watch much, I keep up on The Soup and New Girl as kind of a tradition with my mom. The Wire on most days is my favorite show of all time. Outside of that I watch The Following, Breaking Bad, House of Lies and Walking Dead currently.
The six things I could never do without
My car unless I lived somewhere with better public transportation, I guess that means never doesn't qualify but it was the first thing to come to mind. I went without my car for a few weeks it was awful I work to far from home for all that.

My family, they drive me nuts half the time, but they mean well.

Music, I'd probably go crazy without it, I've yet to find something better at channeling emotion or just passing the time.

A job, how else will I eat?

Friends, see family

Most of the conveniences of modern life. Lets face it, if society collapsed tomorrow there would be what like 300k people who actually know what they're doing? Most of us are screwed without grocery stores. First place I'd raid is the library.
On a typical Friday night I am
Every other week I play cards at my buddy Nicks house till late. On the Fridays I'm not there it varies.
