My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Welcome. I am here for warmth really, to give and receive it.
Life is quite short and best spent on things we are passionate about.

I like working hard on what I believe in. I think kindness is underrated in our society. I think that strength is flexible and vulnerable, not hard and brittle. Stroking my chest and rubbin' ma' belly is a good way to turn me on. Normal bloke stuff.

I like going to galleries, weird old places in London, playing boardgames, roleplaying (both kinds) and stuff like that. Would be good to meet a woman who is into that and other stuff so we can introduce each other to cool new things.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Writing fiction, improvising comedy and stories. Writing sci-fi at the moment and creating a new group.

Just started learning Korean. I can read Hangul and am starting to learn phrases and grammar.

I did a week-long clown workshop recently which was brilliant. Being in the shit the whole week. Fail again. Fail better.

If you want a conversational hook to put in a message I have studied Astrophysics and English and I love Norse myth.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
This means Sexy Selling Points.

I have a working class saff-east/kentish accent.

I have nice fore-arms, biceps and general shoulder-area if you like those kinds of things. Nice triangular Man-shape, so the ancient rumours go.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Favourite Passionate Clinch:
Daniel Day-Lewis and Madeline Stowe in Last of the Mohicans.
Mmm, dat clinch.

Poor quality clip if you haven't seen it:

This list would be way too long. I like Devin Townsend, Tori Amos, They Might Be Giants. Love reading comics, Promethea is my fave. Love comedy like Look Around You.

Read old school sci-fi and fantasy and all the classics and other stuff that catches my eye.

I consume a lot of media and love talking about it.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Empathy and fun.

If you want to know where my antenna are focussed then see Brene Brown's TED talk on vulnerability.

Also I dig Mr Rogers. My role models are him, Bill Hicks and Sam Beckett from Quantum Leap.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Improvising. I'm obsessed. Even when I work on other things I keep thinking about running classes and doing shows.

I am an improv geek I will talk about it a lot if you let me.

Also Non-Violent Communication, I have been using that for about 5 years. It's fundamental to how I see the world.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Come on, there isn't one.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I volunteered with the Samaritans for a bit, that and other experiences put me in very intimate conversations that influenced how I see people. I saw the strength in people even through pain and how we can all be more supportive of ourselves and others.

I also realised that life is incredibly fun compared to the hard parts. And all the work I do seems to come down to Love. The active and muscular kind of Love that is funny and stupid and human.

Also I get that online dating is a bit weird to people but I don't find it that awkward. I don't like interview-type dates, or counting the days to text each other. I'm here to exchange a few messages to indicate I am not a nutter and then meetup to see if we fancy each other in person. Then go from there.
