When I'm out with co-workers, you'll find me sipping on some fine single malt or other fancy drink. However, I'm much happier enjoying a nice beer - something earthy and with flavor. I'm really into the craft brew movement, so the days of watered down beers like PBR, Budweiser, Miller, etc are pretty much behind me. I was in a fraternity in college and was introduced to this awesome world of parties and later on the bar scene. After going through many drunken nights, shouting with friends and others, I eventually learned that you can be responsible with alcohol. You can sit down, enjoy a drink or two all while hold an engaging conversation and still have a good time. Although I still can have a good night at a loud bar, I much prefer the latter.

After making great strides last year, I am continuing to progress towards a fit before forty total lifestyle change.

Solving problems and helping others. I also seem to be an expert at procrastination. I've been known to take a complex problem and put it off until the last minute. I guess you could say my gift in putting off tasks has aided in my ability to work under pressure.

Most would say on first impression that I'm shy and quiet. My close friends tell me I'm fun and loud. Some tell me that I have a quick wit and a sarcastic bit of humor. I also have an uncanny sense of memory. I'll remember some odd, quirky tidbit about a person, place or thing over a more common detail that others would remember. You'll just have to judge for yourself after we meet and get to know each other.

Movies I enjoy most genres from an over budgeted summer blockbuster to a nice comedy (even a rom-com). I've seen Star Wars more than a few times. Some other favorite movies are Empire Records, Shawshank Redemption, Grosse Pointe Blank, The Godfather, Scarface, Old School, anything Tarantino, and most of the Kevin Smith films.

TV HBO, Showtime and AMC seem to fill my Sunday nights and my DVR. Dexter, Homeland, Shameless, House of Lies, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Girls, Walking Dead, Mad Men, Hell on Wheels. I also enjoy HIMYM, Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, New Girl, Fringe and Doctor Who.

Music I love a wide variety of music (least preferable genres are EDM, Country and some Rap/Hip-Hop), and my playlist varies greatly depending on my mood. I learned to love Classical while performing in school Orchestra and am fascinated when Classical meets Modern (i.e., 2 Cellos, Lindsey Sterling). I'll listen to anything from The Corrs, Sarah McLachlan, Loreena McKennit to BNL, DMB, Weezer to AFI, NIN, Metallica to The Beatles, The Who, Clapton, The Doors

Food I try to keep it healthy these days, but I'll try just about anything once...Food or Drink. Why else would I try a beer made with Sea Urchin and Tomato Water? I love spicy food and anything with flavor.

I like to keep it simple, so there really isn't anything I couldn't live without. Although, I do enjoy having access to a phone, computer, tv, car and a good craft beer on occassion.

On the nights I don't feel like base jumping off of skyscrapers or climbing mountains in Nepal. I like to go out for a nice dinner, have some drinks or just relax and catch something on the DVR or watch a movie.

I weigh less now than I did as a freshman in college.
