I hate writing these things but anyway here goes.....
I am a happy go lucky young 36 year old. I have a love of fitness hence my job as a Personal Trainer. Saying that, fitness does not rule my life, my motto - work hard, play hard!!!
I enjoy going out with friends but am equally happy cuddling up on the sofa with a good bottle of wine and dvd, preferably with good company thrown in for good measure.
Music tastes range from Rock to RnB.
