When I was a kid in Mississippi I would have to be escorted into the bars by the bouncers, twelve year olds didn't play there every night. The managers said "he can come in as long as he's on stage playing." When I was thirteen I dressed up like Hendrix and played purple haze at a drug free convention. I had to be "escorted" off the stage when I broke out into my cover of Eric Clayton's "cocaine". That was before my "wild" days. Now I've settled down and I've gotten my masters in music from UF and I own a successful lesson company and music production company. I teach guitar, bass, and drums and I play in jazz and rock bands.
I'm looking for someone who i can have a decent conversation with. Someone interesting enough to be a friend. Someone who is not afraid to be themselves and who's not afraid to laugh at themselves or me. I'm looking for someone fun that's not afraid to let me spoil them.

Im fulfilling children's dreams. Explaining what is, in my mind, the wonders of the universe. I plan on going back to school in the fall for my phd just so people have to call me doctor. Just kidding. It's for the money lol

Cooking. I've been experimenting with gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, low-carb and I've been loving the results. I like to cook Italian, Asian, southern, Cajun, sushi. My favorite is southern Cajun on the grill :)

Music: I love music and have dedicated my life to it. Rock, jazz, funk, hiphop, reggae, classical, soul, bluegrass. Metal, r and b, rap, techno, samba, folk, disco. I love the Beatles, Stevie wonder, Regina spector, sublime, bob marley, tori Amos, guns n roses, John Coltrane, Ani defranco, Metallica, Beethoven, they might be giants, aimee Mann, soulive, Hendrix, bob Dylan, the doors, NWA, Alice in chains, miles Davis, duke Ellington :)

The smell of napalm in the morning. Haha Cooking steak, asparagus and pineapple on the grill with a Brie en croute in the oven for dessert. The look in a students eyes when they start to understand. My family and friends are everything to me. My music.

Oh the places I'll go and the people I will meet. I've seen so much of the world and it makes me want to see more.
