My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
NEWEST word on the street 5/8/15: I'm back on the market and feeling good! I just finished up my first year of grad school at UNCG (Yes, that's right. I live in Greensboro, North Carolina). The plan is to become a legit Therapeutic Recreation Specialist! It's amazing here, and I am thoroughly enjoying the slower pace of being back in school, researching, sitting down once in a while at a desk! vs. running around like a maniac to keep up with my clients.

Now for the rest of my okc blog history :)

Update 5/11/13: Summer is right around the corner! I plan to take full advantage and explore my new-ish neighborhood on a daily basis. I'm just down the street from the beach. mmmm :)

Update 3/4/12: Nothing has changed. Still love what I'm doing, and gosh darn happy about that! FYI- I'm an instructor for an incredible recreational day program for adults with developmental disabilities. I plan to stay there for quite some time :) Hence the updates will most likely continue to be pretty few and far between. I apologize for all my "update" fans out there hah

Update 4/10/11: I have not just one, but two jobs! boo-yah! And both within one mile of my biggie haha. Just about as amazing as it can get.

Update 3/11/11: Just moved back home to Chicago. As always, I'm amidst traveling all over the states to catch up with friends and family that I missed while in North Carolina. For now, I have the luxury of taking it easy for a teeny bit and taking full advantage. I will be starting my serious job hunt soon.

Update 7/20/10: I've got a job! I'm starting work in middleofnowhere North Carolina in September. Super excited and looking forward to living in the woods with a bunch of troubled adolescents. It's not as freaky deaky as it sounds. Or so I hope....

5/22/10: I'm an alum of the University of Missouri and just graduated this May. Sad to be leaving the college life but psyched to enter the real world at the same time. I hope to be working at a non-profit doing outdoor recreational therapy for at-risk youth. So for now, I'm back home in Chicago living with the parentals for the summer. I'll be traveling a bunch and relaxing the rest of the time. The break is much needed and I cant wait for all my glorious journeys!

I love life and all that comes with it!

I am fun-loving, ridiculously goofy, and energetic

Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
my friend recently reminded me that the world is my oyster... and I agreed
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
the splits, facial expressions, waking up in a dance around crazy type of mood, and snorting (while I laugh that is, but just on rare occasions haha).

Oh ya, and not waiting my turn to speak in conversations. I just get too excited and need to get my thought/question/joke out right then and there!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

Everyday I'm hustlin, everyday I'm hustlin, everyday I'm hustlin...except for Friday. Fridays I'm out and about on the town, running around, or once in a while, in front of the tv, watching endless episodes of American Pickers, Big Bang Theory, etc. while playing board games and snacking nonstop

You're fun, honest, open-minded, and with an intensely silly and/or comedic side. Bonus points if you can help me with my acoustic guitar skills!
