My Self-Summary
Warning: I *DO* bite, and I *DO* enjoy it.
I label myself a geek. I read comic books, play video games, build computers, read obsessively, watch so many movies it would make most peoples eyes bleed. I work strange hours and never have enough time home. I go to red/med fairs. I also play tinwhistle, mandolin, bodhran and am learning the guitar/banjo/banjolin in my spare time. I watch all sorts of movies, I listen to every genre of music and like most of them.
My dear non-blood sister chimes in with "This is Kevin. He is my brother and wingman. He's a good guy, except when you need him to be bad, and then he's good at being bad. You should date him, 'cause I can't, 'cause he's my brother, and that would be all incestuous, which isn't my kink. Cheers!"

What I’m doing with my life
I'm doing lots of things with my life. I'm making and keeping a
healthy relationship with my friends and family, and my family of
choice. Dancing in the sunlight, the moonlight, the rain, the
indoors, the outdoors. Enjoying myself as much as I can. Going all
over hells-half-acre for festivals of various kinds. Med/Ren fairs,
sci-fi cons, cultural. Enjoying going to parks, embracing nature
and am currently on a quest to find the child-like empress...or was
that a movie..
I’m really good at
Memorizing useless information and finding ways to interject it
into conversations. Turning anything into a song. Rewriting
brainwaves on the fly. Pretending to be Welsh, and French in the
1500's. Smiling, learning about people. Listening when someone
needs a shoulder. Apparently I'm also a great wingman.
In addition I'm great about dressing up in funny clothes and playing make-believe. Sometimes I live in the 800's, sometimes the 1880s-2040..depends on the day.
I'm also good about Borking up first contacts..be patient with me.

b) sci-fi, horror, comedy, fantasy, historical. Again, basically anything depending on my mood that month.
c) TMBG, Folk music, rock, roll, oldies, alterna-indy-dance-techo-babblebabblebabble anything that I think sounds cool.
d) Italian, tex-mex, and pizza.
Most of this stuff is so numerous to mention that it's just not worth listing really.

Obscure stupid questions that don't need or deserve answers, and
how I can find a way to make money with my hobbies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Resting up before I plan my weekend and next week, in between
reading livejournal and homework and playing a bit of mandolin,
tinwhistle, banjo, guitar, manjolin, bohdran, video games, petting
the cats.

Out at the pub listening to music, or at one of two bookstores in a jam session.
