What I’m doing with my life
part time personal care assistant for woman with ms while looking
for additional work. love to get out and listen to live music
(blues, especially), and dance dance dance. helps keep me alive,
all my parts in working order, my motor purring.... Cultivating my
moss garden.
I’m really good at
listening, focused on my partner. and, referring to the above,
often have been told am a good dancer.
The first things people usually notice about me
would have to be the long hair. my blue eyes, easy going attitude
come into play as well....
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
have eclectic reading habits, also true of food - although I do
love ethnic foods, and spices. for music, as noted above prefer
blues but am able to get down with most kinds. don't watch too many
movies, or tv, for that matter.
The six things I could never do without
there are the obvious: food, shelter, air. but for the things that
truly float my boat - live music, dancing; engagement, the
interplay of mind and body that can occur between two people. Once
again, more to come....
I spend a lot of time thinking about
work, life and my place in the universe...
On a typical Friday night I am
there are no typical Friday nights.... but love music, dancing
(notice a consistent theme running through here?). am just as
comfortable spending the night reading, on the computer, visiting
friends.
