I'm definitely a laid back, t-shirt and jeans type of girl. I tend to go with the flow in social situations, I'm happy doing almost anything. I have a wide range of interests. I love art, creating it and appreciating it like photograhy, painting, sculpting, ceramics. Music is awesome! I listen to almost everything. Nothing better than live music - going to a big name concert or listening to a local band at a dive bar. Huge Sports fan...watching and playing. I will attempt to play any sport - and pretend I'm good at it. I'd rather be a spectator in person but I do occasionally watch Sunday football or a good baseball, basketball, or soccer game on TV. I am always up for going out on the town but I'm also happy hanging out at home. I love to make people laugh - its life work for me. :) Yes, I can be silly and even crazy at times...ok, most of the time. But I consider myself intelligent and can hold my own in conversation. I just don't tend to take myself too seriously.

I am in my fifth year of certified teaching, eighth year working with kids. Love it! Well at least the teaching and working with kids part. I could do without the rest of the BS I deal with on a day to day basis at work.

I'm a good listener or so my friends tell me. I tend to be the person everyone spills their guts too. I guess that's a good thing most of the time.

The first thing is usually my smile...if I get a compliment that is usually what it pertains to.

Books: Well, I don't have a whole lot of free time to read what I want to read so its usually an education book, a kids book, or a textbook. I do read the Sunday paper though. And the Pitch. And my favorite magazine, Dwell.

Movies: Love them all! I'm a sucker for a cheesy 80s movie like Breakfast Club, Goonies, ET, Can't Buy Me Love. Yeah I can be a dork. Love action - the Indiana Jones movies and Out of Sight, comedy - Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler Rock!, Indie Flicks, Foreign Films, you name it.

Music: My music taste is all over the place. My cd collection includes Luncinda Williams, Justin Timberlake, Bruce Springsteen, Carolina Liar, Dave Matthews, you name it I listen to it. Then I also have a vinyl collection from the 70s and 80s. Jimi Hendrix (favorite!), Def Leopard, Janis Joplin, Prince, Aerosmith, so I could go on and on. I just like good music and probably a lot of bad music as well.

Food: Mexican, Asian, and Italian are at the top. My family's italian so a good homecooked italian meal can't be beat.

So I may have ADD, which means at any one time I may have several things going on in there. They're all important though.

Who knows. I don't really have any typical nights. I could be out at the bar with some friends for a relaxing drink, I could be hanging out at home watching a movie with my dog, Deacon. I could be spending time with my family. Or just out and about like a movie, bowling, pool, darts, whatever.

So if its posted to the internet then its not really private now is it? I'm an open book, all you have to do is ask.
