I am 22 going on 30. Many of the people who know me say that I am past my age as far as wisdom and intelligence goes. I enjoy reading and music above most other things. I am also an avid movie buff. I like to think that I am smart, funny and sophisticated. But a few things about the funny... My sense of humor is as versatile as the waves of the ocean. I can be dry, crass, sarcastic, witty, goofy, etc. It really depends on my mood. I like walking in the park and having a nice conversation about anything. Sometimes I can be a homebody who wants to stay in and watch movies all night or a night owl who want to go out dancing and having a great time. I'm versatile. Sometimes I can have an overbearingly sexual presence. I'm not entirely sure what I mean by that... And I give excellent massages.
I am very very er... well, quirky. I can be a bit o-c (obsessive-compulsive) at times and that tends to irritate people... Meh, someone is going to get on someone's nerves most of the time anyway. I am a thinker. It is my greatest strength and my greatest weakness.
Spiritually I am agnostic. I find it hard to believe that any one religion is the absolute correct one. I listen, read and research with an open mind. I take what I want from various realms and apply them to my own belief system. I focus on spirituality and not religion. I focus on my relationship with everything around me without focusing on someone else's rules on how to do it.
As I said I am a thinker. I ponder the imponderables and wonder about the wonderous. I love puzzles, riddles and anything that puts my brain to work.
My friends would say I'm a therapist. They tell me that I'm full of useful advice (sometimes unsolicited) and I'm a good listener.
I am the proverbial shoulder to cry on. ;)

Right now I work in a gay superstore. I am taking a break from school and I am not exactly sure when I will get back to it, but I do know it is a definite in the future. I live in the South Houston area with my 2 best friends and we have a blast together. I keep my open to new experiences and whenever an opportunity to try something new comes along, I go for it.
I know somewhere in my heart I'm here to help people, so whatever I end up doing, it's going to deal with that.

I write music sometimes as well as short stories. It helps me keep my imagination alive. I am also a great thinker. I love to learn about new things. I have been trying to teach myself to play the piano, but so far I haven't made any real progress. I give excellent massages. Everyone says I have a magic touch. With just 1 minute I can relieve days of stress. I'm also good at other things but those are best left for the bedroom ;) There I go with the sexual discussion again... I like sex but it's not the most important thing. It's empty if it's not with someone special.

People usually notice my red facial hair first or that the color of my eyes is indescribable. I can be loud and boisterous but on the flip side I can also be quiet and shy; it really depends on my mood.

Favorite book at the moment would be Middlesex by Jeffrey Euginides. I am also reading several books on the evolution of complex thought... I'm a psychology nerd :P. Most of the books I read are on psychology, are fantasy or fictional biographies.
My favorite genre of music at the moment is trance and ambient music. However, my taste often changes. I can honestly say I like a little bit of everything. AND I LOVE KARAOKE
My favorite movie of all time is Atonement (the book wasn't bad either lol). I love movies and general and same with music.
Cheesecake! Nah jk. Actually, a really good cheesecake can be better than sex. I love good food. I am an excellent cook although i don't enjoy doing it quite as much as I used to.

What I don't think about is a much shorter list. I think about everything from a speck on the wall to the vastness of the universe. I think about the mind most of all... The human brain is such an interesting entity. They say we only use 10% of our brains, but that's only because only 10% of it is devoted to thinking; every other part controls our breathing and heartbeat, our senses, our equilibrium, our speech, our personality, our excretory functions, our arousal, and last but not least, movenment in general.
If all of that capacity went towards cognition, I would be like Jean Grey as the Pheonix!

Most of the time that is my night to have a date or go do something with my friends if I am not working. Sometimes we go out dancing or go see a movie, it all really depends. We really don't make plans usually, we are very spontaneous. However, changing that, making plans instead of deciding at the last minute would be nice.
