Born in Bakersfield (RECOGNIZE!), raised in Los Gatos, current SF resident. I make space ships and other galactic accoutrements for a living, but don't worry though, I won't just nerd out on you. We can also talk about normal things, stuff like; paddle boarding, jogging, the bachelor(ette), how kale is ALL OVER THE PLACE right now.

Hmmm, what else? I am up for just about anything (i.e. North Bay bike rides, House of Air reservations, Iron Chef competitions in my kitchen) and am always trying to do cool stuff in and around our city. My friends are incredible and so is my family. In fact, you're just as likely to catch me at a family party on a Friday night. Trust me, you would too. My grandma is cool as hell.

-Riding my bike really far
-Carefully planning my next meal
-Going to concerts
-Watching as many comedians as I can (crushing on Chelsea Peretti)
-Talking shit on The Bachelor(ette) while my roommate watches it (This is one of my favorite pastimes)
-Trying to find creative ways to tell people where I live, so as to disguise the fact that it's in the Marina
-Watching too much TV
-Eating anything that tastes good in large amounts. Seriously, it's embarrassing.

Things I am good at:
Trivia games, cooking food, eating food, being nice, talking shit, riding bikes, building things, driving things, making jokes, watching TV (maybe the best ever), finding things on the internet, making cheesy puns.

Things I am not really good at:
Playing guitar, basketball, basic math, remembering to water plants (Seriously, they will die).

I generally read books that are non-fiction. Biographies, stuff about food, anything that allows me to learn more.

I love movies. Seriously. I have seen a lot of movies. Here are some that I like: Rushmore, Super 8, Almost Famous, Bellflower, Boogie Nights, Pulp Fiction, Step Brothers, Dazed and Confused, Lost in Translation, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, Brick, The Wackness, Royal Tenenbaums, Back to the Future, Goonies, American Beauty, Lars and the Real Girl, City of God, Talladega Nights, Annie Hall, Casablanca, etc...

TV! Some might say I watch too much of it. Parks and Rec, The Wire, Arrested Development, Seinfeld, The Walking Dead, Girls, Boardwalk Empire, Breaking Bad, Happy Endings, The New Girl, Friday Night Lights, Workaholics, Tim and Eric, Portlandia.

I also love music. I listen to it most of the day. At work, in my car, at home. I need it. Bob Seger, Jay Z, Biggie, NOFX, No Use for a Name, Steve Winwood, Springsteen, Avett Brothers, The Killers, Avicii, Jackson Browne, Gaslight Anthem, Geographer, J Roddy Walston and the Business, anything Motown, Childish Gambino, Yeasayer, Otis Redding, Lagwagon. The list is really too long for this. Just know that I will gladly talk music with you.

Holy shit, I love food. I'll go along way to find it. I think I spend most of my money on it. I am constantly trying to keep up with this city's ever expanding food scene. In another life, I would love to be some super baller chef. I hate the word "foodie."
