I'm a 23 year old graduate of SHSU with a degree in political science with an emphasis in international affairs and foreign language, and I've recently completed the culinary arts program at Le Cordon Bleu. Food is a huge passion of mine, and one that I hope to make a career out of in some way.
I used to live in Africa. I worked with at-risk children ages 5-6 in an economically disadvantaged area of Cape Town with little means or resources to keep children out of trouble. I taught very basic world geography and conversational English. When I wasn't working at the school I was usually running around Cape Town on some sort of adventure or studying either isiXhosa or Afrikaans; two languages of South Africa. I guess you could add those to the list of languages I (kinda) speak. Going back to South Africa is a top priority in my life. The people are beautiful, the languages are stunning, the geography is breathtaking, and the feeling you get when seeing an impromptu street performance of dancers and singers is indescribable. Kwelakakith iAfrika. "It's beautiful in Africa."
Other than my schooling, I'm a pretty chill guy looking for people to chat with. I love crowds and being social-- Always up for going to new places. Friendship is definitely the most important thing in my life, along with family.
I am musical, witty, and philosophical
