Once in a while everyone must reinvent themselves. I was recently
blessed to be relieved of my old job. Now I am off to a new job, in
a new city, working in a new industry. I have been blessed to have
had great life, full of great experiences, but I have spent it
working. I worked to get out of school to go to work and I feel
that a lot of the good things in life have passed me by. I am
looking forward to this new chapter in my life and I am hoping I
can find someone to enjoy it with.
I love little neighborhood hangouts, and live music. I love to explore new places and to make new discoveries. My morals are probably more in line with your grandparents than with your friends. That shouldn’t be taken to mean that I am a stick in the mud, I have been known to drink a beer in some seedy places or to do some spontaneous things (just not karaoke) but you won’t find me drunk at a bar or causing fights. I can be quiet and I am probably a little too introverted for my own good, but that makes me a good listener and i tend to be the person everyone turns to for advice on the weighty issues. I have been told that i keep a good counsel. I love the idea of being a renaissance man, a man with talents and knowledge covering a wide area. I need to work on the arts and letters part of that though. I guess to boil it all down I’m a bit old fashioned but I think there are a lot of lovely ladies that could appreciate that, they may just not know it yet.
So what am I looking for? If I knew that for sure, my life would be a lot easier. I grew up surrounded by strong women. So passive doesn’t interest me. I would love to find someone outgoing, someone who will challenge me, someone who will be my balance. I would love to find someone who shares my Christian background and love of live music. I would love to find someone that can show me all the area has to offer or someone new to the area that wants to go explore with me.
