I fit tidily into this box. This is because I excel at summarizing things. Ok now I'm not sure what to say. I could brag about myself, but then I just sound like a bastard. Alternately I could be self-effacing and funny, and make a bunch of cute remarks about how I like fixing my car and looking after people when they need cheering up, how I stop and say hello to every dog I see whilst walking (unless the dog has visible slobber or an attitude problem), and how I will end hunger in the developing world. At least one of these is true.

I joined okc upon a friend's suggestion. He's now engaged to someone he met on here. So I think internet dating can work, it all depends on whether there is a spark...

it's all contextual, isn't it? When I visited Prague they noticed one thing about me, when I go to Boston they notice another, and when I present my work at conferences they notice yet another. Hopefully at least some of the things they notice are positive!

[note: I've never been to Prague, been to Prague. But I know that whole thing, where you stop shaving your armpits, read The Unbearable Lightness of Being and start talking about how bad American coffee is.]
