Working at a tech start-up that manages guest lists (via iPad app) for political events, PR parties, non-profits, etc. That's the "pays the bills" gig. Event planning people are nutso (it's true, you all know it). I'm much more the creative type. Other than attempting to manage unmanageable personalities I spend my time relearning French, DJing and exploring the city- without destination.

Public speaking, Pennsylvania accents, social media, taking pictures, perception, texting, sarcasm, brutal honesty, thinking before speaking, swearing, talking to strangers, staring contests, talking about beer, being overly ambitious, spontaneity, making plans, being fashionably late, eating gummy bears.

Movies: Event Horizon, A Clockwork Orange (movie and book), Waking Life, Star Wars Trilogy, 28 Days Later, Being John Malkovich, The Muppets Christmas Carol, It's All Gone Pete Tong, The Land Before Time, Wristcutters: A Love Story, Hackers, The Lost Boys, Anything by Gondry. I'm a sci-fi/documentary nerd. I once watched a documentary about juicing and only drank fresh fruit/vegetable juice for 9 days. Point being, I have to limit the documentary intake.

Shows: I have seen the complete series of "The Wire" multiple times. I calculated that it's over 60 hours per 5 seasons- what an accomplishment. Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, South Park, Girls, Louie, Flight of The Conchords, Robot Chicken, Boardwalk Empire, Portlandia, The Walking Dead to name a few.

Music: I sold my guitar for turntables when I was 12. Props to my Dad for waking up at 4:00 am with me on Saturdays to deliver papers in our Mercury Sable station wagon to pay them off...#PArepresent. I love electronic music and dark dingy clubs. My musical interests are skewed towards the jazz-influenced side of House/Bass music. I also love Drum N Bass...and Techno. I have a massive DnB vinyl collection. I'm rambling. Holy shit I love music.
