What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Me. Well.
I have serious trouble being anyone that isn't Me, and staunchly of the belief that the world can always remain a playground.

I find beauty in absolutely everything, and frolic in my own special way.

Hear music wherever I go, and love dancing in the sunshine. It helps to shine some light on the shadows in my mind.

I'm grateful for so very very much, and adore raw broccoli.

Have a soft spot for childhood nostalgia cartoons, and make killer chai from scratch (awesome with a splash of Father O'Leary's Hazelnut Cream.. although it's been a while).

Am also still a firm believer that it's best to avoid stepping on cracks.

Love riding my bike (I'm not some lycra-clad rocket, but it means wherever I'm going, I rock up with an endorphin grin). In fact I really miss being active and physical all the time, and have started going to gym, simply in order to regain a physique I'm proud of.

Am currently learning a heap of really fun skills and laying down the foundations to pull together the experiences I've had in life and create something awesome out of it all.

Future watch out!

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Chai. I make a killer chai. Bottomless to be precise. Flavour constantly developing, growing. Lemongrass seems to be a regular addition at present.

Seeing the beauty in EVERYTHING.
This does not mean I don't find myself with 'heavy boots', or that I haven't nurtured my own 'black dog'.. I've just always held on to this odd knowledge that I'll never put myself in a situation I can't grow and learn from.

Somehow always manage to get dirty.

Wouldn't say it's something I'm good at, but I love being witness to the genius in us all :)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No shoes, welcoming smile, darting gaze.

My eyes are also kinda cool. they're usually green with a blue ring, but they change colour.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Jeeze... ummm...

Dr Seuss, Douglas Adams
My to-read pile shelf is overflowing, so rather my on-the-gos are:
Eric Morris - No Acting Please
Trauma Trails: Recreating Song Lines - Judy Atkinson

Music is so mixed.
Love anything with blues influence. It's the core of any great music.
Lovely bass that feels like you've been trapped in a didg and are being sent back to DreaMTime.
Anything that takes you on a journey with it.
Jazz (but some of it's just way too.. I call it "intellectual" for me. i don't see/understand the patterns it's making).
Oh, and I'm well and truly capable of admitting that Spice Girls, 5ive, etc. are on my iPod. (but for some reason it's not really such a great indication - the whole scrobbling thing misses heaps)

Movies are hard.
Have a real soft spot for Miyazaki, and imdb is my best friend.
Oh, and if you can rant and tell me which bits you've shed a tear during in 1 Giant Leap's 'What About Me?', then you have me smitten.

i have a collection of "childhood nostalgia" dvds, including ren & stimpy, johnson and friends, banana man..

Can't go past a dose of BritCom, Doctor Who, and Moral Orel is sorely under-spread.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Good food/booze
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How people are.. well.. such.. people.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Oh, and I'm unapologetic about my emoticon usage :P

I accidentally clicked on a link to One Direction's song - Story of my Life, and had to stop myself from shedding a tear towards the end.
