My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a young professional just looking for friends and maybe it will develop into more. I have my act together, and would prefer that you do too. Just some ideas of what that means, if you have a car, have a job, and have some common sense then I would say you probably have your act together. I generally prefer some level of higher education, because nothing is sexier than intelligent conversations.

I'm educated, and ambitious, and am always willing for some educated convo. I'm very interested in cultures, languages, books, wine, and friends. So if you think we might click, hit me up.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am working as a French and Spanish teacher in the area. I am quite motivated to learn languages. I can't believe I get paid to do what I love, which generally is a great thing. I am also working on my M.A., I love learning. In addition to this, I also teach a few fitness classes in the area. Bottom line, I am a busy guy but I thrive on busy. I firmly believe people make time for the things they care about.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am really good at languages, particulary Romance languages, ergo French, Spanish and Portuguese. I am working on Italian, Catalan, German, Russian and Latin. It is kind of my thing.

Also good at music and things related to it. I sing, play guitar, and other instruments, and love to dance. I take pride in my music mixes and most of my friends love them too. Love me some good dance tunes.

Also a big film guy. I love international films as well as independent films. As much as I love serious films, I also enjoy the occasional stupid humor found in Dodgeball or Anchorman.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I would imagine my eyes, or perhaps my freckles. Not many people have freckles into their adulthood, but I am one of the few, the proud, the freckled.
My grandma once told me I am going to break a lot of hearts with my blue eyes.

Sometimes they look really blue, but sometimes they look grey.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My music
My phone,
My friends,
Diet Coke,
My languages
Pizza.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My teaching, I feel most new teachers think about improvement.
Languages: I spend a great of deal thinking in French or Spanish so, other than that, I think a lot about languages!

The way other people work, I am very curious as to how others are wired. Including the ever elusive heterosexual, in particular the males. It blows my mind how straight males interact with each other. It can be so impersonal but very functional.

Always looking for new art ideas, so I think about that all the time.
Music: I really like music and a lot of popular songs have some pretty profound lyrics that few ever stop to think about. There is a lot to be pondered within vernacular music and how it demonstrates our culture.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Perhaps going salsa dancing, bowling, to a hockey game, a play, or just staying in. It really depends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Sometimes, I have days where I want to stay home and ignore all the pressures of the world. Just sit and not do anything. Turn off the phone, e-mail, and spend time just out of reach from all other humans.
