and find your guy!).
And Oakland raised. It's why a recent Warriors fan poster..."it's
rainin' hella threes!"... made me smile.
Soft-spoken, yet hard-driven -- and can carry a big "shtick". Yet
I've had my challenges in life, both silly & serious. It might
have started when I attended an inner city "ghetto" grammar school
in my youth, where I learned to dance to the Jackson Five, and
mastered the finger-roll layup in street-basketball. I'm sure your
challenges have been a bit...different.
Gratitude is one of my favorite words.
I have a soft spot for hand-made goods, crafts, and other fine arts
-- draws me in. I have an academic bent, with an admitted weakness
for scientific or history tomes -- I can devour them. But don't
worry, I would always save an 'appetite' for you, so go ahead and
regale me with your own life tales, obsessions (or
Which brings up...you. You sometimes give in to 'under-thinking'
the moment, yet freely over-think your passions. You might have
some sort of design or fashion sense. Not looking for a clone of my
tastes & interests--counterpoint is good. Sharing is fun. I do
read the profiles, after ogling your pics.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work for a well known sound technology company, on the business
side helping people work smarter by designing visual
representations of data. With the financial security I've built for
myself, I feel free to focus on various outside passions and
interests, near and far. Maybe you.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Putting myself together -- clothes, shoes, a suit. This I
enjoy--sometimes a tad eccentric about it.
Word play -- OKC questions are fun. I do like to write.
Leading local urban history & geography walks. A minor passion
I like to cook -- blame my dear mom and her Swiss 'au pair' past

BOOKS: "How to be a Mister, not a Hipster" "Fifty shades of Neigh:
Horses gone Wild" ... Hopefully you read higher-brow
MUSIC: As a true Oakland native, my early tastes were forged in
James Brown, then grooved by Jerry Garcia, sharpened by Too $hort,
punked by Green Day, and expanded by EDM. Now refined by a Chopin
etude, or a Bach cantata, heh.
MOVIES: Bulworth, Wag the Dog, Woody Allen 'presents'... , La Dolce

CitizenKane, Bowfinger... get the Picture?
SHOWS: As in TV? Don't watch that anymore. If you do, have at it. I
did watch Celebrity Rehab awhile back just for the meltdowns.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

Partying, doing serious drugs, pimping, watching trash TV, being a
