My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Let's be honest, we've all been to Machu Picchu right? We're also all described by our friends loyal, outgoing, and fun. Good, glad that's out of the way.

So I'm a currently resident of New York by way of England, Holland, New Jersey, Rochester, Prague, and Maryland. I'll admit some of those weren't the best choices, but this one is working out. It's certainly better than listening to shootouts and helicopters in Baltimore.

Fun fact: One time I got mentioned on NPR for defacing Newsweek's homepage. I put zombies on it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working at a startup as their UI designer and programmer (lots of HTML / CSS / Javascript). In my spare time I tend to mix in a little photography, biking, and climbing at Brooklyn Boulders with my brother. We just got started on the whole climbing thing, and mostly it blows my mind how some people get up those walls.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Getting up late for work without feeling guilty. Seriously, it won't matter in the grand scheme of things. I'm also incredibly relaxed when flights are delayed, trains are cancelled, and boats are sunk. I'm the human version of a "Don't Panic" poster.

I can also cook.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Most people are amazed I'm still thin. I don't make healthy choices at lunch.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I liked all of the Ice & Fire series, Jonathon Strange and Mr. Norell, Sandman, Catch-22 (everyone says that), and damn near anything by Vonnegut, but Player Piano wins for me. I recently finished The Passage and thought it was an excellent combination of literature and clobbering device.

Musically it appears I'm into what the kids call "Rockin' beats". I have headphones in 8 hours a day so it's all over the map.

Finally, when it comes to food I eat everything. I ate a whole pig once and it was fantastic. I also ate a Guinea pig, also fantastic, but smaller. I'm not against Vegetarianism or Veganism, I just don't understand it. I will happily eat everything, and not just on a "Once is enough" kind of thing. I was raised on Marmite, it only gets better from there.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Boots and a camera. Any kind of coffee, always hot. Pen and paper, since my mind wanders and I draw. And gravity, because it keeps me grounded.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I don't spend a lot of time on one thing. I try not to think about the fact that there are 100,000,000,000 galaxies in the universe all of which inevitably support their own lifeforms with their own problems. Because doing so makes me wonder if they too are on OkCupid.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I'm in, I'm out, and I lean towards bars with chairs. I like to talk over drinks, not drink over talks. Also I love playing board games with friends, so if that's your thing you're golden.

That all being said, I'm a sucker for fancy cocktail bars. I'll even wear a suit.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can't dance, but I can play.

you're into the idea of going biking, taking pictures, playing board games, and eating crazy food.

you can hold your own ground in a conversation when someone disagrees with you.

Or maybe you're great and want to share how great you are with me. That's cool. I'll totally back you up on that.
