What I’m doing with my life
Pursuing what I want to do, staying away from stagnation, looking
where a lot of people don't seem to look. Feeling grateful, yet
frustrated at times.

Overanalyzing, fitting in a wide range of places, losing remote
controls, trivia, showering, hostage negotiations.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes, or hair, or that I've seen the greatest minds of my
generation destroyed by madness. Or the board with a nail in it
that I carry around everywhere.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Wide range. I don't really have "favorites." Japanese is great.
Thai of course. Mediterranean. Recipes you've made up yourself. I
eat almost anything, including mixes of foods that I like but
others might find strange.
Good film. Well done indies and foreign films to major films that aren't just about explosions or boobs. Oh, and boob flicks.
I worked in college radio for a while, so I like everything from old punk to Afro-Cuban. Some examp's: Mos Def, The Clash, Sham 69, Manu Chao, The Hold Steady, Bill Withers, Aesop Rock, Gillian Welch, Damien Jurado, The Libertines, Mojave 3, Gillian Welch, Miles Davis, Leonard Cohen
i read an embarassingly small amount but: donald barthelme, joyce, heinrich boll, rubaiyat of omar khayyam, walt whitman, rumi, twain, rushdie
