Well, I love a challenge, discovering new things. They should make the cupid robot do this for me! I like to observe, speculate, wonder, have spontaneous interests in new things, have perfection in the things I create.

I recently graduated (comp sci) and jumped on the plane to Sydney, from NZ. Still getting to know the place, but I am loving it! I work in IT as a software developer (book industry), which is a pretty full on job - but it provides a challenge.

Problem solving, designing large systems. I really enjoy a challenge, learning new things, from useless facts to anything really.

I am a bit distant minded, I always think about things and wonder.

I like non-fiction, more than fiction. I subscribe to New Scientist, which keeps me busy each week.

I have a *slight* coffee hobby, make it myself as well as going to cafes and sampling. I like good food too, but I guess who doesn't. I try to cook! I can cook anything off a recipe, the problem I have is picking one!

Food well, I like anything not too outrageous (snails etc.), favorites: Pasta, Thai, Pizza (proper pizza, not dominoes), Steak, not seafood.

I like a wide variety of music, if I had to pick a favorite band it would be Dave Matthews Band. Other than that: Jazz, Modern Jazz, Rock, World, Blues, Classical, not emo, not country, some techno is ok.

Movies, well if I had to pick some genres, they would be: comedy, action , scifi and documentaries. Recently I have watched and enjoyed: District 9, Anvil! The Story of Anvil (interesting doco about a band).

Other stuff: theatre and art (any form of detailed art generally interests me, take Goldie).

Family, Work, Knowledge/Learning, Computers/Internet, Coffee, Music.

EVERYTHING! (well, that is a slight exaggeration) Why is sellotape sticky on only one side??? Well I know the answer to that now, but I have questions going through my mind non-stop.

Relaxing at home. Reading a book, using the internet, probably not watching TV. I like to go for a long bike ride on Fridays, I don't know why I just do. I also am not opposed to the occasional late night out on the town.

There is probably a DSM entry for my love of coffee. I also liked the Dan Brown movie adoptions.

If you have a passion for something, open minded about other peoples beliefs. If you can rant about something, that is always a bonus. Also if you have found a grammar/spelling error in my profile, and are either enraged by this or wish to inform me of this.
