My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
well, answering the initial questions here only confirms what i've known for a long time now - i'm certainly out there. unconventional, non-conformist, crazy (the fun kind, not the certifiable kind), fun-loving, egocentric. even when i make the occasional honest effort to fit in, i'm really never good at it so i might as well embrace it and be comfortable and happy. took the test on a dare from people at work and got hooked.

before reading any further take another look at my three adjectives. ok? got it? just wanna make sure we're on the same page.

I am unscrupulous, sociopathic, and idiosyncratic
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
a lot of things. really. you know that saying "jack of all trades..." that's me. it's a tremendous responsibility - one that i try to use for truth and justice and not evil. well, maybe a little evil.
The first things people usually notice about me

I'm entertaining in an off-beat way. i make you laugh.

movies: secretary - totally, unexpectedly charming. kill bill (vol I) - tarantino's a riot. dawn of the dead (2004 remake) - i still get nightmares. 28 days later - can't get enough of them zombies! seven samurai - awesome. actually, you can include anything by akira kurosawa. pan's labyrinth - this movie absolutely destroyed me emotionally for several days. heart-breaking and brilliant.

books: les miserables - unabridged. read it as a kid. still love it. the lord of the rings - another childhood fave that i go back to every few years. musashi - fantastic dumas-like tale of Japan's greatest swordsman. atlas shrugged/the fountainhead - yeah, i know, i can poke holes a mile wide in her philosophy, too, but she still writes a wicked cool story.

music: i just like all kinds of music. and i keep it all on my 160G iPod.

foods: kinda like my music. but without the iPod. that would be yuckey.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
sex, movies, books, chocolate, musical instruments, my macbook pro.

look - you asked. okay?

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
hmmm... gimme a minute... i'm thinking...
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
taking my son to his Yu-Gi-Oh! card tournament. it's our special thing to do.
