My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
(groan) Actually on a dating site...What the heck can you say about yourself that is not clouded by your own perceptions? I would say I am very unique from other people. I tend to be very outdoorsy, well educated, and have different interests than the average American.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Hope to eventually find a job that is meaningful and beneficial to the environment. This is why I am taking Environmental Science courses when I already have a bachelors in Business Management. Now I have an associates in it. Somehow it is not working into my current job being a waiter...
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'll tell you what I am NOT really good at...and that is writing what I am really good at. Well, I think I am intelligent, decently good-looking and can be sociable when I want to. If that sounds rather vague, then yes I agree. Right now I am playing a lot of basketball and I am pretty good at it. I think I am also good at Narcissism, as I re-read this several months later. At least I am my own worst critic as well.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No clue really. I do notice I seem to be very memorable; everyone remembers me. Hopefully this is a reflection of some austere quality of mine I have yet to discover.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Classic Rock mostly some newer/other category. I will listen to anything from Nirvana to Eric Clapton to Pink Floyd to music from Final Fantasy games.
Food-lots. Keep it healthy.
Movies-Too many to list; although 95% movies made are terrible. Especially recently. A few:Jurassic Park, Men in Black, The Terminator, Wheels on Meals, Forrest Gump
What about books? John Grisham, SciFi, etc. My favorite for a while was Watership Down.
And what about TV? The Office, Futurama, Married with Children...I usually watch comedy shows, I want to laugh when I watch TV.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Friends, love, health..uh, Air, water food. I just want to have a happy life. That is all, very simple, right?
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The overall plight of humanity, and a multitude of of trivialities that encompass in my life. I spend a lot of time thinking about the way events in my life turn out, and how I affect them. Lately I have been thinking about climate change.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Uh, the same thing as other nights? Attending to a hobby? Right now I usually am Bike riding or something, but during the winter I play basketball. Or I could be hanging out with friends, reminiscing, talking, etc. Unlike most other people I won't be found at the bar, at some party, or hanging out until three in the morning. Especially since I currently work Saturdays.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I recently joined an online dating site known as OKCupid .
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You want to. If you think we are compatible. If you meet above criteria. If the net gains of messaging me outweigh the net gains from not messaging me. Wait, that is a little mathematical and logical. I mean if the aura of a sunset sets your soul on fire. Or, just if you think we can have fun together
