My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have taken time away for school in Santa Cruz (if you even count that as not Bay Area) and a year in Michigan. I have found that this is definitely the place for me. It is home.

As a result of my very Bay Area/California upbringing, I've checked my privilege, it turns out it was in this knapsack the whole time... I try to be mindful in everything that I do, without spiraling into navel-gazing analysis paralysis. Things need to get done, after all.

I am a morning person for no reason other than the sun always manages to wake me up. Living a life where I never have to set an alarm clock is really rather wonderful. Morning is just such a lovely time to drink some coffee and gather myself before heading off into the world.

Speaking of coffee, I love coffee. And tea is pretty amazing, especially pu-erh. And while we're at it, ice cold water, I think you should join this party too.

I recently stopped drinking after doing so fairly regularly for most of my adult life. I now understand why people don't drink. And why they do... But I think it's better for me, personally, this way. So I now drink an ungodly amount of bubbly water.

I run. Rather frequently. Ironically, I don't really like exercise, but I love the feeling after. It's become my go-to on a bad day instead of booze. So I run because it's over really quickly.

I've gone to Burning Man a number of times, and labored in the hot, hot sun (and cold, cold night) to make a bunch of big art happen. It's been grand. I don't think I'll be going back.

I have been told that I make people laugh, by way of humor. Sometimes even on purpose! I will admit that I can get a bit punny/dad-joke-ish, but I'd rather do that than base my humor on being cruel or punching down.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I spend lots of my time babysitting a bunch of computers. It's pretty whatever. I'm excited for the bubble to burst so I can go do something else with my life.

On a personal level, I am learning to take good care of myself. Setting boundaries. Expressing needs. Ya know, the work of a lifetime.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The Dunning–Kruger effect: I'm seriously just The Best at it.
Cooking: I love to cook. I love to cook for people, but even more I love to cook with people. Few things are more fun than a culinary collaboration.
Listening: This one is important. We all like to be heard.
Not being judgmental: This one goes hand in hand with not listening. Also important.
Cuddling!: We're good at what we're passionate about.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
- Love
- Family
- Friends
- Good Judgement
- Forward Momentum
- Love
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- What's going on inside of myself and others

- Attempts at making my subconscious patterns a little more conscious
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In? Out? Relaxing? Exercising? Working around the home? Cooking an awesome dinner?

I'm not really sure which one is the typical one...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like Katy Perry in a totally un-ironic manner way more than I should. Her music makes me feel happy. And that's something.

If you're smart and interesting and kickass!

Bonus points if you have cool ideas of things to do that aren't focused around drinking booze.

Double bonus points if you got curves.

Note: I don't actually dislike cats as stated in the little infobox. They're adorable. I'm just somewhat allergic.
