My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Here's the deal: I have a partner. She's wonderful. We're non-monogamous, but not always actively searching. There's always room for more awesome people in my life, whether it's as a friend, a lover, a penpal, or something that defies words.

So about me:

Born and raised in the Bay Area, I have taken time away for school in Santa Cruz (if you even count that as not Bay Area) and a year in Michigan. I have found that this is definitely the place for me. It is home.

As a result of my very Bay Area/California upbringing, I've checked my privilege, it turns out it was in this knapsack the whole time... I try to be mindful in everything that I do, without spiraling into navel-gazing analysis paralysis. Things need to get done, after all.

I am a morning person for no reason other than the sun always manages to wake me up. Living a life where I never have to set an alarm clock is really rather wonderful. Morning is just such a lovely time to drink some coffee and gather myself before heading off into the world.

Speaking of coffee, I love coffee. And tea is pretty amazing, especially pu-erh. And while we're at it, whiskey, I think you should join this party too.

I've gone to Burning Man a number of times, and labored in the hot, hot sun (and cold, cold night) to make a bunch of big art happen. It's been grand. I don't think I'll be going back.

I have been told that I make people laugh, by way of humor. Sometimes even on purpose! If you find anything in my profile funny, you too will probably find me funny.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I spend lots of my time babysitting a bunch of computers. It's pretty whatever. I'm excited for the bubble to burst so I can go do something else with my life.

When not working, I find myself engaged with projects such as brewing beer, working on the never-ending warehome project, tinkering with some software, building a bicycle from all the little parts, or tending to my little desktop garden of succulents.

On a personal level, I am learning to take good care of myself. Setting boundaries. Expressing needs. Ya know, the work of a lifetime.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
The Dunning–Kruger effect.
Mixing manhattans.
Ordering the best thing on the menu.
Listening when someone is speaking.
Not bein' judgy.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In? Out? Relaxing? Exercising? Drinking? Working around the home? Cooking an awesome dinner?

I'm not really sure which one is the typical one...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like Katy Perry in a totally un-ironic manner way more than I should. Her music makes me feel happy. And that's something.

If you wanna ride bikes or drink beer. Or one then the other.

Note: I don't actually dislike cats as stated in the little infobox. They're adorable. I'm just somewhat allergic.
