A little about myself... I recently moved back to south Florida after spending some time in the SF Bay area, and looking to get out and meet some new people here.

Much of my life revolves around work at the moment, but I'm resolved to change this. Hence why I am here and you are reading this! I've recently taken back up learning guitar and started training in mixed martial arts, and hopefully I can meet people that can expose me to some new interests as well.

There are some things I'll stand up for at any cost, but otherwise I don't particularly enjoy conflict. If you were supposed to give me $3.85 back at the drive-thru window and you only gave me $2.85, I wouldn't go back. If you cut me in line, I probably wouldn't say anything. If you misspell a word, I'm calling the grammar police.

I'm always up for a good chat about world affairs and such, though I won't say I'm an expert. I tend to be better at providing insight and perspective than trying to debate for a specific side of an issue.

And yeah I'm a huge nerd. This should not be a surprise.

I am a software engineer by day, and a software engineer by night. Yep.

Appropriately-timed quips. Spending money on things I don't need. Getting my ass kicked in board games.

"Hey, you look pretty smart. OH HEY do you know anything about computers 'cause I think my email is broken."

I'm also sort of tall.

Not to be lazy here, but I really will read, watch, listen, and eat just about anything. I trust that your tastes in all of these will be more refined than mine, and will defer judgement when faced with a decision that involves any of these.

Football.

My hands.

I have a tendency to dwell on my mistakes.

It varies - my friends like to go out to bars and such and I'll usually tag along, but I prefer quieter evenings.
