Just downloaded "Life of Pi" onto my Kindle. Want to read the book
before seeing the movie. Jane Green is a favorite author of mine.
Love "chick" books as well as a good mystery. Enjoyed "Gone Girl".
I like books that tell people's stories, love to know why people do
what they do. A study in human nature, people interest me.
Movie tastes vary, but I am a sucker for a quirky comedy. Having
seen "Ted" this summer, it is now my new favorite comedy (great
flick). Ultimate favorite movie that I could watch over and over,
"Waitress"...great movie.
TV show musts are Californication, Shameless, House of Lies, Hung,
Louie and Royal Pains. Just watched the entire series of Homeland
and I am totally hooked. Also, just getting into Game of Thrones.
Thoroughly enjoy it, but admittedly, I could do without the
gore...sometimes I hide my eyes...
Musical tastes flow from the Foo Fighters, (Dave Grohl is my number
one guilty pleasure), Incubus, Rage Against the Machine, (great
after a tough day at work), Audioslave, David Gray, Damien Rice,
Gavin Degraw, Jason Mraz, Coldplay to Kelly Clarkson and Colbie
Caillat. Lately I have been drawn to Matt Nathanson...can't get
enough of his words and fun, dance-able melodies. Andy Grammer is
another new favorite, fun music that just makes me move...great
springtime musts. Love to get out and listen to live bands and
dance, dance, dance.
Some of my favorite foods include sushi and sashimi, rare rib eye
steak, all seafood, popcorn and maple walnut ice cream, I've been
told it's an "old people flavor", but I love it.
