My Self-Summary
I am originally from Upstate New York and moved to South Carolina 7
years ago for college. After graduating, I worked as a demand
planner for a textile company for two-and-a-half years, and started
grad school in the fall of 2008.
I love going for long drives to no place in particular, movies, hiking, football, cooking...normal stuff, I believe.

What I’m doing with my life
Grad school. I'm in the second year of my doctoral program in
History. So it's a lot of reading, writing, and research--and
grading! I promise I'm not as nerdy as I sound.
I’m really good at
I'd like to say "teaching," but I'm aware this is still a
work-in-progress. I'm good at coaching football, but I
unfortunately can't fit it into my schedule right now. One day!
