I moved to DC from NYC, where I was living for 5 years. I love New York but was ready for a change, and DC has been treating me well so far. I'm originally from the Boston area.

I teach elementary school and previously worked at a nonprofit...so it's extremely important to me to be doing something to make the world a better place, a quality I definitely look for in others.

I love to travel, which I unfortunately haven't had much opportunity to do lately, but I did get to spend a year in Europe which was an amazing experience.

I'm a city girl but I love hiking and camping and enjoying the beauty of nature.

I'm very open to new experiences.
