I'm a native New Yorker and love living in the city. I like to go out a lot and I often write about where I go--readings, plays, rock/jazz concerts, parties, the occasional black tie gala. But some of my favorite places are small, casual bars with good beer. I also love movies, being outside walking, hiking, exploring, and traveling.

I interview and write profiles on people who do cool things in the arts and food worlds. I also travel often and write about my experiences.

well, writing. i can also play the piano, give good theater and restaurant recommendations, navigate the city and some others too...

when someone says, "it's like riding a bike", it always makes me kind of nervous because i never learned how to ride a bike.
