My Self-Summary
these days I am soooo tired of thinking. social change theory,
while exciting on many levels, is exhausting! i'm in school right
now and while i love the challenge and content, it's kicking my ass
and killing my social life. well, i'm exaggerating a bit. i have a
great social life but school is def the priority! i love where i am
in my life and look forward to all that's to come. so much more i
could "self summarize" here but i'll leave it by saying that these
profiles don't really tell you much. they give you touch
of....insight but really the 100 character limit barely scratches
the surface of all that i am, all that i am doing, and all i've
done in my life. i have lived A LOT of life in my 33 years and damn
it's been good and really...i want to share who i am with someone
wonderful.
What I’m doing with my life
grad school currently is my life. i'm studying nonprofit management
and want be an ED when i grow up. preferably for an org that is
working to create holistic preventative programs for youth, family,
and community. working with youth, in my eyes, is a grassroots as
an activist can get!
i'm new to the nyc and am enjoying it tremendously! although...this city smells bad and totally harshes my mellow! i miss the mountains, ocean, and fresh air.
