My self-summary
Hey internet friends.
I'm not so sure about this. As a matter of fact I'm disabling this as soon as I can figure out my password .So if I don't answer back, please excuse my flakiness. It's not you, it's me. Also, I'm super crazy over my head busy. Speaking of, if you're an actor, writer, director type and are looking for something to do, I am organizing a monthly reading. I have gotten a MUCH better response than I expected, so ask me for more info if interested. It's going to be a hoot!

Ok and my name taco. I just like tacos. I was probably eating a taco when I put this together. That's it. My mama didn't name me taco. There is not some "dirty" meaning behind the name.
What I’m doing with my life
Breathing in and breathing out.

Staring at clouds.

Hitting buttons and talking out into the world.

Listening.

I'm into theater, music, art, Carnival, marching bands, radio, documentaries, film, costumes, glitter, hot glue, to go cups, dog parks, porchin', traveling, learning Espanol, (just came back fron a month or so in Guatemala...must keep that language practice up). And lastly, an important one, striving to be a good human.
I’m really good at
Being awesome.
The first things people usually notice about me
ok look at me. What do YOU notice first?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music: Beastie Boys (RIP MCA), Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, Jack White, The Cramps, Sex Pistols, Nick Lowe, Wanda Jackson, The Gories, Ernie K Doe, Johnny Adams, Andre Williams, Snooks Eaglin, Lee Dorsey, Bobby Charles, Bobby Womack, Lazy Lester, Alex Chilton, Big Star, Quintron and Miss Pussycat, Oblivians, Dr. John, Joe Tex, Fela Kuti, Beirut, R.L. Burnside, Muddy Waters, Screamin Jay Hawkins, Led Zeppelin, Herbie Hancock, Mogwai, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, George Jones and so forth and so on.
I DJ so I am finding new music I like all the time. And I am open to hearing anything, even if it's something that is out of my range of knowledge. Suggest something.

Books: Everything Bukowski, Breakfast of Champions, Confederacy of Dunces, Autobiography of Malcolm X, Leadership Secrets of Attila The Hun, Lonely Planet Travel guides.

Movies: Down by Law, Godfather 2, Taxi Driver, Dog Day Afternoon, Night of the Living Dead, Cabaret, Goonies. I also watch a lot of Documentaries. Big Star!

Shows: I go see a lot of shows, but if we're talking TV, I watch Jeopardy at the gym.

Food: Cajun, French, Fatty rich and tasty. Oysters, Crawfish, Sushi, Indian (but where can one get a good curry in this town), Burgers, Mexican (tacos)! Raw food and Vegan sometimes, sure why not. I love kale. I am not a fan of french fries (unless smothered in cheese or something yummy).

Booze: I change with the seasons. Bourbon, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, canned beer, champagne, wine, sangria, port. Sounds like a shopping list.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I joined a dating site called OK Cupid...but so did you!
Also, I'm a little bit shorter than 5'9. I'm really 5'8 1/2 but I like pretending I'm 5'9.
