A gentleman, I'm Laid back and drama adverse - pretty much stress free. My health is good, I cook and eat healthy food in moderate amounts; am no stranger to a gym and exercise regularly. I make sure to get plenty of rest. I see my doctor once a year and my dentist twice a year. I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I don't have crazy, reckless sex with strangers.

I enjoy my kids, bicycling, dancing, good food and beer. I'm looking for someone to play Julia Child to my Justin Wilson, and Kate to my Hank on Golden Pond. I want to spend time with a smart, funny woman who cooks, dances, rides a bike and is as laid back as I. Someone who can switch gears on the run; jump in puddles and dance like no one is looking.

I like to bike, eat and nap. I'm retired so I can do that.
