I'm a musician and audio engineer. I love it, there's nothing i'd rather do.

My day job is emotionally abusing/teaching children at a music school, and when i'm not doing that I'm composing, mixing, mastering, doing sound design, playing music. It's not a bad way to spend a day or make a living

my jobs, public speaking, cooking, old video games, figuring out the twists in movies before the reveal, diatribes, the double dutch, senegalese hair braiding, amateur dentistry (I'm getting better! Honest! and now "in-network" for Humana and Delta), and i spent a summer as a wet nurse and really surprised myself and a few infants.

Books? My favorite genre's are coloring, erotic coloring, reference and instructional, just kidding. I read the news a few times a day; and I used to read a lot but for whatever reason reading a book, especially fiction, is not an obvious indulgence these days. My alltime favorite books are Jitterbug Perfume and Breakfast of Champions. A good book recomendation would make my day.

I love movies, bit of a movie buff. I'm watching a movie right now. I love Westerns, samurai movies, documentaries, noirs, dramas, foreign, comedies, classics, 80's, you name it. Chances are though, I'd rather be watching Troll 2.

TV? really enjoy television and am in the camp that says that scripted television is enjoying a renaissance. Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Twin Peaks, Arrested Development, Kids In the Hall, Peep Show, Boardwalk Empire, The Wire, Game of Thrones...

Music? I like something from every genre but i'm really particular. Jazz, hip hop, classic rock, electronic, metal, avant garde, punk, folk, country- everything. Full disclosure I'm a music snob. I don't fall into the "smug, self righteously indignant" camp as much as the "I listen to a ton of hilariously obscure shit" camp of music snobs.

Food? Yes!

Sex, how to be a better person, work, girls, music, assembling Rube Goldberg machines, solving the world's problems, art, politics, philosophy, cool inventions which i lack the technical expertise to do anything about, the future, music again and there's also a fair amount of daydreaming in there too.

If i were more responsible I would be at home... I teach Saturday morning. teaching music is the worst way to spend a hangover, period. It's like a dentist drill that you have to nurture and encourage.

I'm not that responsible, so I'm probably with friends at a warehouse party, barhopping, or i'm at a show
