Generally polite, yet occasionally brash east cost native successfully transplanted to San Francisco.

I'm interested in a lot of things and different types of people. I traveled a lot during college and for the two years after working abroad. I moved to SF three years ago and am quite happy with the roots I've made. I have a great, diverse group of friends; I guess I'm here to find that great boyfriend.

I love the outdoors. Rock climbing is my favorite thing to do in my spare time and I spend a lot of my weekends in Yosemite, Tahoe or the Sierras. I also love to ski, and to run. I'll do my first marathon in June.

While being fit and doing active things is clearly important to me, this is not to say I don't love good night out where I'll likely end up a hot mess. After all, my friends need good stories to tell about me.

I hate flakiness...

Lot's of nonfiction. And while interesting, those books don't seem to suit as good favorites. At present: "Enduring Patagonia" and "Born to Run"

In terms of favorite novels: The Sun Also Rises, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and Harold and the Purple Crayon come to mind...

I also find roughly 20% of every New Yorker issue to be great reading; the same with Vanity Fair (plus the pictures too).

Driving to the mountains or gearing up for a night out in SF.
