I'm an Olympia native who's looking to find some new friends. I'll come back and try to fill this out in more detail a little later...

A few random facts while you're waiting:

In the summer I try to spend as much time on the water as possible.

The end of the summer bums me out quite a bit, but I do really look forward to the return of winter beers.

I like to travel as much as I can and usually try to take 2 or 3 trips a year (at least one international).

I played rugby for about 9 years and plan to hang up my boots for good this year. I'm looking for some new activities to take its place.

I really enjoy seeing live music.

I've had a subscription to the Seattle Symphony for the last few years.

I like to go to the movie theater in the early afternoon during the middle of the week because I hate to watch movies in crowded theaters.

I tend to accumulate nicknames.

When drinking, I become an avid correspondent. It is best to disregard any messages from me after 10:00 in the evening Thursday through Sunday. Also, I have a habit of dialing numbers in other’s cell phone address books.

I'm in the process of applying to graduate school. I've been selling residential real estate for about six years and think it's getting near time for a change.

I try to read a couple books a month. Recently I've enjoyed books by Gary Shteyngart, Michael Chabon, Ben Fountain & Junot Diaz.

Dr. Hunter S. Thompson (I tried out the less formal Hunter Thompson for a while and it just didn't seem respectful enough), Ken Kesey, Philip Roth, Chuck Palahniuk, Kurt Vonnegut & Chuck Klosterman are authors whose books have made an impact on my life.

My top ten movies in no particular order are: Duck Soup, Caddyshack, The Royal Tenenbaums, Wall Street, Unforgiven, Old School, Ghostbusters, The Big Lebowski, His Girl Friday and True Romance.

My favorite music-

I like most food.
