My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Limited edition, Canadian made, male Torontonian. Partially used original Dyson comes packed with features including creativity, ingenuity and is loaded with charm, wit, and beguilement.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I sell food and create trends. My background is in film and tv, print design and marketing, and I often need to have a few different creative projects on the go to balance out my day to day work. After contemplating yoga, some dance class, jogging and other means of keeping fit, I have landed on learning to roller skate. I have changed the world before, and will again. Though likely not by roller skating.

You got this far, here is some music to listen to while you read.
Here be music
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being awesome, or pretending I am so convincingly that you would never know my secret plan.
Cooking for people and preparing most anything without a recipe.
Sharing a bottle of wine over dinner.
Chopping wood and building fires.
Not taking myself seriously.
Eating things made primarily of butter.
Advanced Sexercise.
Foraging for wild foods in the bush. Bring on the apocalypse!!!!!
Muttering misanthropic musing.
Baking cakes, cookies, or bagels and pies.
Sexting.
Dancing, I don’t dance enough any more.
Pursuing hedonism deep deep into the night.
Being a filthy, dirty boy.
Standard transmission, parallel parking and signalling.
Being a bad influence.
Making lists of stuff I'm good at, then editing it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Perhaps the pantless photo of me looking like I am a notorious hardened gang leader, posing with my dope ass gang signs by a neighbours souped up, pastel pink, Honda civic. Pantless... sorry, I meant to say shirtless. Or maybe that I am on TV or trying to act important in the food and wine community? More people see digital versions of me more than the real thing on any given day.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I like media... If I don't know your favourite band or movie, then that just means you have something to share with me.

Books: Mainly non-fiction (social studies, science, marketing, design, typography, art, advertising) and some crime fiction, a collection of graphic novels, and books about art and design. Haruki Murakami, Jasper Fforde, Malcolm Gladwel, Richard Dawkin, Jared Diamond, Carl Hiaasen, Laura Penny, Katherine Dunn, Mark Haddon, Ernest Cline, Cory Doctorow.

Blogs and Radio: Boing Boing, Laughing Squid, Not Cot, Good, Life Hacker, Nordic Food Lab - listen to CBC radio 1 every day for much of the day, Quirks and Quarks, Spark, and Under the Influence are my favorite shows. This American Life and Serial are also good listens

Movies and TV: Dystopian scifi, documentaries, dramas and thrillers. I am totally a giant geek, I consume perhaps too much media and love it, some current shows would include Game of Thrones, Utopia, Walking Dead, Almost Human, Suits, Young Doctors Notebook, Archer, True Detective, Helix, Defiance, Arctic Air, Daily Show, Top Chef, Parts Unknown, Mad Men, Bobs burgers, The Newsroom, Parks and Rec.

Music: First off I am hungry to learn about what you really like, if I need anything it is more new musical introductions.... One of my computers has something like 119 days of consecutive music on it so... where to even start. I seem to be playing a mix of Escort, Fleetwood Mac, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Orbital, Gangstarr, Blackstar, Dimitri from Paris, Ian Pooley, Frank Oceans, Ann Peebles, Missy Elliot, Fiest, The Lovebirds.

Food: Dairy, cereal, fresh bread, organic meats, sweet stuff. Best thing about food is cooking a special meal for a special someone and watching them enjoy it.

There are lots of adorable vegan purists out there. I am not one of you and have no interest in pandering to your diet. Sorry =).

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Cutting rug - Hip shaking, booty bouncing, sweaty, fun.
Charcuterie
Kinky, sexy fun and games.
Green spaces - As in forests, not so much parking lots painted chartreuse.
Family, friends and my two furry ones.
Persuasive things - Such as advertising, art, typography, and design.
Dairy - Cheese, butter and milk are the best things ever.
Curiosity - Not the rover, but a thirst to know more.
Bikes
Counting
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Should I get back on my BMX or ride a bike suited for an adult.
When will I break down and buy a 3D printer, duck press, letterpress and an essencier.
Do I really have to teach myself css and html again?
Immersive and interactive design and experiential art.
Font selection for when Din, Garamond, Helvetica and Bell MT don't quite cut it.
Architecture - Eastern Bloc, Modern, Brutalist, Arts & craft, and more.
Human behaviour.
Feminism.
Gender and sexuality stuff.
Politics.
Mushrooms and mycology.
What you can put in your mouth.
The blend between arts, science and technology.
Eating my next lemon curd stuffed croissant.
Canning, pickling and preserving.
Motivations, pressure, seductions, persuasions, and the many things about the lives we have, that make people do the things they do.
And sex, perhaps as much as the rest combined.

Do people really think no one can tell when they go heavy handed with gaussian blur?

If you need to use meat to pollinate a fruit can you sell that fruit to vegans without a warning?

Why don't more people embrace socialism? You would be better off, richer, more secure and more resilient to selfishness.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Fridays begin with the best of intentions, then I get home, have a nap and well, I do not get out nearly as much as I used to. Though often enough I still find myself having drinks with friends or staying out all night with reckless abandon, then trying to figure out why it's 8am Saturday morning and I still haven't found my bed. So probably the same stuff you do on Fridays...
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
The playground of emasculation, that is a social life inundated with queer girls, has rendered me unlikely to make any heavy moves (if I am not sure there is some degree of chemistry). Don't worry I still have all the same dirty, lewd and suggestive thoughts as the next douche bag. Oh and I am apparently an ENTP.

is this you?

You want to get a drink or go for a walk. There is enough in my profile for you to get a vague sense of me, chemistry is key and you cant get a sense of that chatting online.

Sometimes looking for the "one" gets tiring

Also, I have been wanting to connect with someone into chemistry and pigments for a side project. Are you a chemist? message me!
