hi, i like chipotle burritos, do you? i like to contradict myself because i like dancing - but don't like clubs, i'm a stickler for grammar - but have already shown my poor writing skills in just 3 sentences, and want to live healthy - but don't like eating salads.

i was born and raised in san francisco then moved to honolulu and las vegas, before coming to sac 4 years ago. i'm into sports and have a love/hate relationship with running and a growing addiction to golf. i'm also into traveling and would like to see more of the world.

i'm trying to make a difference in the organizational development field. at my current jobby job i'm like a psychiatrist for employees, among other things. they tell me their workplace issues and i try to resolve it.

i also coach people in aspects of leadership and career development. sometimes people need a little encouragement to see their potential and apparently i'm a really good cheerleader!

in my personal life, i guess you can say i'm into competitive racing. i've participated in a few half marathons, a triathlon, and a number of themed races which include mud, zombies, and obstacles. next year, i plan to run my one and only marathon: the sf marathon. wanna join me?

making people laugh, pretending i know a lot of stuff, pushing people's buttons, being trusted, sleeping, making rice, ignoring the use of capital letters, playing rock band as a singer combined with either the drums or a guitar, mc'ing events, and saving my dog's life (sadly, it happens a lot).

my cool, but nerdy glasses. some may disagree with the cool part.

book: the good earth was pretty good. white tiger had a unique delivery. i'm into a lot of thrillers and mysteries, but i try to pick up on classics like 1984 or fahrenheit 451 every now and then.
movie: sandlot...best.movie.EVER.
music: hip hop, r&b (when it was good, the stuff now...not so much), a little rock, adult contemporary, even country. if it sounds good, i like it. word.
food: sushi, chipotle burritos, pretty much anything but salads.

i'll either be in sac kickin it at home, a bar, or a friend's house. or i may be in the city visiting my fam, especially my mom...yeah, i'm a momma's boy.
