My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like having new experiences. People, places, and yes, things!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a habit of going on adventures, sometimes inadvertantly. Someone even wrote a song about it once.

I have been homeless, a boxer, a gentleman, an actor, a garbageman, a stowaway, a scholar, artist, writer, in a band, and plenty more and in no particular order.

If I have fallen on my head once I have done it a hundred times. I have been shot in the back, accidentally snuck onto a foreign military base, been hit by a semi, been known to forget to sleep or eat, and never broken a bone.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Smushing words together into new ones. Making inappropriate jokes. Arguing over nothing at all. Games. Forgetting names.

Being level headed. Honest. Objective. Analytical.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm one of them day-walking gingers.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I love a good story, no matter the format.

I particularly enjoy Palahnuik, and recently I have been reading Game of Thrones. Anything with a combination of fantasy, cyberpunk, dark humor, irreverence, or time travel will hold a place for me.

Anything by the Coen brothers is great. Otherwise, I prefer capers, thrillers, comedies, and kung-fu movies, but honestly I will try to watch just about any movie at least once.

Anything with a snarky-ass know-it-all is entertaining: House, the Mentalist, Psych, etc. Adult Swim is also usually good, but it can also just be bizzare. Stewart and Colbert are kings.

Late 60s-early 70s rock, mostly (with extra preference for the Stones). Beyond that, I can appreciate just about any kind of music on some level, but I find I am not as attached to music as most people are. More often than not, I am probably listening to NPR.

Anything in noodle or sandwhich form. Curry, garlic, and lamb can also make anything better.

And even though it is not one of the entertainment (is food entertainment?) subsections, I will also note I am fond of games. All sorts, really. Board, card, video, whatever.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Knowing how to count.
2. My astute reading comprehension.
3. Self-indulgent meta humor.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Just about everything. I can't stop doing it.

And you didn't ask, but my best thinking time is in the shower. I also fairly often think about /why/ that is my best thinking time.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
In your base, killing your dudes.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I love dead baby jokes.

Also, I am ethically-nonmonogimist / polyamorous.
