Virgo, Blue Devil, recent grad, wise-ass, sports fanatic, Internet nerd, food junkie, pong player, sweet, easy-going, spontaneous guy, etc etc. All of these words can be used to describe me, but it is how I put them all together that makes the difference. I am looking for anything right now because I love meeting other people! What "defines" you?

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

Wow, the million dollar question. I graduated from Duke (don't hate UNC folks) with a BA in the spring. I do not want to teach and am sick of people asking me that! I have been working in sales and marketing since graduation and really enjoy it! I hope to work in marketing (especially social media and Internet marketing) for several years and then go back to Business or Law school.

Most people probably notice my size, I'm a big guy. But then they won't tell me that. So hopefully they notice my smile and my random wisecracks and observations.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

Books: I will read anything but my favorites include: Ender's Game, Charles Bukowski and Edwin Arlington Robinson poems, Lolita, The Crucible, Fools Die, Raymond Chandler,anything by King, Cornwell, Ian Fleming, Grisham, Crichton.

Movies: I will watch any comedy and most everything else. Classic movies from Casablanca to The Godfather, documentaries, indie films, drama, you name it I will watch it. Some of my favorite comedies include: Saved, Dogma, Blazing Saddles, Spinal Tap, and The Meaning of Life.

TV: I watch all sorts of TV. Can't miss shows are: The Office, Scrubs, How I Met Your Mother, 30 Rock, Entourage, True Blood, and my current top TV show Dexter. I also am addicted to horrible reality TV that I can make fun of. That means anything on VH1.

Food: Any type of food is my friend. BBQ of all types, Southern style home cooking, Mexican, Italian, American, and Chinese are staples. I have been branching out into Indian, Thai, and Mediterranean recently.

The six things I could never do without Propose an edit

1. Friends- I would do anything for them.
2. Music- It has been a huge part of my life.
3. Internet- Right now my job depends on it! I am online constantly.
4. Food- Yeah its an obvious one, but I love trying/ cooking new food.
5. Family
6. Television- A lot of things could go in this spot, but I love watching all things TV right now. Especially watching a lot of sports.

What I should be doing in the future. But then I force myself to focus on the present.

On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit

trying to hang out with friends. We will usually look for something new to do in the area, but other times I like to just chill at out at home with a good book or movie and take it easy.

I am a huge geek or nerd or whatever. I was in the marching band all the way through college. Now I work in an Internet marketing firm, so I get paid to look at tech sites all day. Also I'm from Nebraska and I do still enjoy the Midwest even if I won't live there again.
