First off I dislike my screen name but it's not worth ten bucks a month on a site I am skeptical about just to change it. When I came up with it the original and clever part were supposed to be sarcasm because I couldn't come up with an original or clever screen name. Looking at it now I see that it can easily be interpreted as arrogant. Oh well.

I like to think I am smart and funny, even borderline charming. I have my life heading in the direction I want it to, and I will fight to the death for those I care about (figuratively speaking).

I play basketball 3-4 times a week, and I spend every minute i can outside of work with my friends and my family, sometimes at the expense of my sometimes messy house.

Last, but certainly not least, I am a huge local sports fan! Browns, Cavs, Indians. I am a Browns fan, and as shallow as it may sound, we could be a 90% match and I still wouldn't message you if you are a Steelers fan.

I currently work as an industrial engineer technician. It can be boring but it's in a big office so i'm happy because I like the people that I work with.

I have my bachelors degree in pure mathematics from Kent State. I had always intended to get my PhD and teach, because I feel that finding a way to connect with people and impart mathematical knowledge was a talent of mine.

Right now I am considering going back to school for computer science. It's not my dream, but dreams don't pay for themselves, and my employer will foot the bill for a CS degree, so .... dream altered.

I realized something about myself as i entered my thirties. My dreams early in life aren't what they are now. What I want now is to make enough money to not stress about money, so that i can enjoy the people in my life.

I'm really good at math. I don't ramble off huge amounts of arithmetic in my head at amazing speeds. I even make the occasional mistake. What I mean by I'm really good at math, is that I have a very high comprehension level of very abstract and (I feel) artistic concepts and relationships.

I like to think I'm really good at making people laugh. In fact, making those around me smile or laugh is probably the thing i enjoy most in life. Laughter is the only uncontrolled truly honest emotion. If i cause someone to really laugh, and the world has faded and they are in that moment, I feel a happiness I can't explain or get enough of.

I'm NOT really good at filling these things out, because no matter how i fill them out, i read it later and think "is that too much? not enough?" That transitions nicely into the next thing I'm really good at, which is over analyzing things.

Really good sounds arrogant, so i'll leave the list as is. there are lots of things i think i'm good at, just not REALLY good at!

I believe this question is bating me into revealing an insecurity or an overconfidence. I think the first thing someone will notice about me is different in almost every situation. I don't have any features that stand out. I am a bigger guy, but not in a "look at him, he's huge" kind of way. I'm six feet tall, so i don't stand out there. I like to think i have a nice smile, but that probably won't be the first thing you notice. I guess in a one on one situation, you might notice that i talk a LOT!

I listen to every musical genre imaginable. I don't read much for entertainment. If i did, it would likely be a math text! My movie taste is typical guy stuff. I like action, comedy, sci-fi if it's not too cheesy, i dig a good drama too.

Right now I like New Girl, Franklin & Bash, Elementary, and I watched House religiously when it was on. That's about it TV-wise.

As for food, well, that's an issue for me right now. I had my gallbladder removed in June, so I'm struggling to curb a very indulgent streak I have been on since my new found ability to eat pain-free. I feel like I am close to being strong enough to start dropping down to a weight i am more comfortable with (anything under 230).

Putting myself out here on this site is very nerve racking for me because I seem to get my self worth externally. So, if I don't get positive feedback from people, I'll either have to rationalize it by saying there is nobody on here, or take a hit to my confidence!
