I enjoy learning about new things and new activities. I'm always willing to try something new and exciting. I'm the type of guy who needs to sit in the front seat on roller coasters. (The Behemoth was great!) I walk for fun, it's great exercise and great for exploring. Fall is definitely preferable to winter. The weather where you are most comfortable in a loose sweater and jeans is the best! Perfect for walks and picnics.

Humour is really important to me. My ideal partner would have a sense of humour in some capacity. You don't have to be gut bustingly funny, but someone who can appreciate my jokes and make me laugh would be greatly appreciated by me.

Music is something I never really cared about in the past but over the past few years the passion has sparked inside me and I'm now learning about music theory and teaching myself the mandolin.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I'm saving up money and looking at universities. My goal is to become a teacher. I want to be the type of teacher that kids can look up to as a role model and really learn something from. It took me a long time to decide that I wanted this but I'm sure now that educating is something I want to do with my life.

I'm also becoming interested in learning to play the mandolin. I'm developing a passion for music and I love the sound the instrument makes.

I'll admit it, I don't read as many books as I should. I did enjoy The Count of Monte Cristo, The Catcher in the Rye, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes adventures, a bit of H.P. Lovecraft, and the two Musketeers books I read.

I watch a wide variety of movies but I would have to say my favourite genres are action and comedy. Some recent movies I liked are Tropic Thunder, The Dark Knight, and Pineapple Express. My all time favourites include Ghostbusters, The Big Lebowski, and Die Hard. I would like to go to an indie film festival some time.

Music is something I didn't really appreciate for a long time. I'm still in the process of really exploring my tastes but I listen to a lot of classic and 80s rock and some alternative rock. I also enjoy some folk music, jazz, hip hop, 80s pop, and classical. My favourite bands are R.E.M. Led Zeppelin, Boston, and Peter Gabriel. If you have some underground music you think I would like, let me know!

I have a bit of a sweet tooth. A lot of my favourite foods are sweet. Mango-based Thai food, honey garlic chicken, crab legs. I can appreciate other flavours as well, but I will always be a sucker for sweet food.
