Too much to read out there... All the way from quaint old stuff like 15th century Spanish expeditioners' diaries to Tolstoy to Murakami, Douglas Adams, James Mitchell, Borges and Karl Popper. As long as the prose flows or the story is wicked, I'm hooked.

Music... if it connects to Bach like Glenn Gould does, has the insanity and voice of a young Nina Hagen, the beats of Balkan or the age of Leonard Cohen, count me in. Best if it's an LP.

Best show ever is News From Lake Wobegon. Also, the only show I know. Well, except Twin Peaks.

Movies are best in black and white with a real piano playing.

My closest friends, coffee, smoke, meat, Google.
And public transportation.
