My self-summary Propose an edit
Things really have changed since I last filled this in...
I'm a geek, I have little experience with girls, but a combination
of me getting older and more confident, and kind of coming out of
my ugly duckling youth, means I'm getting noticed now. However, I'm
still shy around girls all the time, and spend a lot of my nights
staying in playing World of Warcraft...
I'm very tall, very southern, and a real fan of both films and
books. I love reading fantasy, I love watching american TV shows
and I love just talking to people.
I've finished university, and now have a 2:1 in English language.
I'm hoping to do a conversion course to study law.
In the three years since I got this account three people have
messaged me, so I have given up on it as a tool for meeting girls,
but I feel it looked very wrong describing someone that isn't me.
What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
Looking at Law as a real possibility for my future. A lot more
education down that route though.
Currently I am being a waster.
I'm really good at Propose an edit
Hmmmm... economics, football, computer games and reading. Not too
bad at writing poetry and short stories. I love writing, poems and
stories. I have no artistic or musical talent, so writing is the
way I express myself.
I've done a bit of kyaking, fencing and judo. Some basketball,
rugby, rounders and even some tennis. I like to try new things. My
main sporting love will always be five-a-side football though. Me
and my closest friends pelting around a small pitch for a couple of
hours is great fun.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
The fact that I'm tall and have a lot of hair.
Then my very dry sense of humour. It takes a short while to get
used to me...
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
(a) I read any kind of fantasy, particularly historical novels. A
very big fan of Robyn Hobb, Robert Jordan and Terry Pratchett.
(b) I tend to prefer comedies, but will watch almost anything. I
like to go to the cinema every couple of weeks.
(c) Big fan of ska,
some lighter punk as well. And there's my darker side... emo isn't
my lifestyle, but the music ain't bad.
(d) I just like food in general. Love a good indian.
The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
Free time
(Because I like spending time relaxing), friendship (I hate being by myself
for any long period of time. I want to be with my friends, and in
this I also count any friendship that becomes something more),
my computer
(So I can write, so I can contact my friends, so I can listen to my
music, so I can play games. I use my PC a lot), films (For when I'm not on my PC or
with my friends), football (Since everyone has to have
some form of release, and for the competition), air (for general respiration).
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
The future. It's a big theme for me right now.
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
Stuck inside, sitting at my computer, waiting for my life to start.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
I used to have a massive fear of buttons. I am still scared of
mirrors that are warped.
