music - anything from pretty abstract jazz to whiny indie rock to minimal electronic to folk to underground hip hop to country to lo-fi punk... really just depends on the day. but I do really struggle with contemporary pop. been listening to a lot of KDAY lately, and would listen to KXLU more if the reception were a little better out here...
food- Bloody Steak, delicious pastries from Portos, barbecued asparagus, items with generous amounts of garlic and olive oil, chocolate, cured ham, mole sauces, good quinoa, avocados - just about anything cooked with creativity and care
drink- craft beer, coffee, wine, scotch
