My self-summary
I am someone who is very well-rounded. I can always adapt to different environments or social situations with a smile on my face. I always face challenges head-on and find that the wind-in-my-sails is amplified because of all of the amazing people in my life who support me and enjoy the ride with me. I am an independent and successful woman who has her life put together. I take pride (not ego) in the fact that I have everything to show for my hard-work and persevering attitude. Although I am not perfect, I actively enjoy partaking in activities to better myself. I am trying to become more active and establish a healthier, yet realistic, lifestyle. Most of my friends and family often describe me as a warm-hearted, selfless, sarcastic, fun-loving, and hard-working girl. I fully believe in living life for the moment, because you never know when it will be your last. I consider myself an open book, and welcome any further questions or curiosities others have regarding who I am. After all, I have to leave some mystery ;)

As for what I am looking for in a man, I will be equally as honest. I would love to get to know someone who is confident, happy, goal-oriented, and can handle being someone else's equal. I am non judgmental and appreciate that we all have more layers than upon first appearance. The nice idea behind dating and failing is that we come to a better understanding of what we want out of a significant other. I have found that most guys I have dated had key qualities that I search for, but not all of them, which ultimately have yielded to parting. I am looking for a guy who can fulfill all of my needs, which isn't a tall order-but it is a specific one. So I welcome any of you gents who are up for the challenge ;)
What I’m doing with my life
I worked for a skilled nursing facility for 7 years, helping those with swallowing, voice, speech, language, and cognitive disorders. I decided I needed a change and currently work for home health agency, doing the same line of work. I love what I do professionally because I am helping others regain what they have lost ...or at least make the rest of the years they have left, comfortable ones.

Non-professionally...I enjoy finding new hobbies/trying new things, meeting new people, and simply living life to the best of my ability.
I’m really good at
What a perfect question to stroke our egos. Haha. I know that I am skilled at my profession and helping others. I am good at making others smile and generating laughter wherever I may be. I'm also good at conversation and understanding people. I feel that there is a wealth of knowledge that we can learn from each other simply by opening up and sharing our true selves.
The first things people usually notice about me
Physically: my unique blue eyes, blonde hair, and smile.

Personality: witty, sarcastic (at times), happy disposition, modest, friendly, a tad bit indecisive, and overall a well-rounded woman who wants to make a difference in the lives of those around her for the better.

I tend to be quite eclectic with my interests and can find interest in multiple genres and topics

The six things I could never do without
Family- they are my rock and my world, which is why I am looking forward to starting my own one day
Friends- they are the voices that keep me going in good and bad times-I consider them part of me
Life- the mere concept of being alive and having this opportunity to do something in the world is monumental
Love- I was born with a heart that keeps on giving. Each day, I make sure that I share love and affection to everyone I can-it’s something that we should constantly give to make all of our days brighter
Work/Career- This may sound silly, but I feel like working, especially in the medical field, gives me a wonderful purpose in life to help others
Creativity/Inspiration- I have always loved to write/sing/read/draw – but it’s the inspiration that drives the creativity (whether we realize it or not), and without that, we would all be rather dull
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My mind is constantly rolling and picking apart life in general. I philosophize on multiple topics and enjoy hearing/debating with others on their particular views as well. Someone who can sit and talk about anything and everything without becoming offended and staying open to hear others' views is amazing. There is a good, bad, and ugly to all topics-but I find it fun to learn all sides and formulate my own take on things.
On a typical Friday night I am
I don’t have a specific typical event for Friday nights. It varies depending on my current interests, current company, and what I have planned for that particular weekend. I prefer to have fun with good company-if I could choose!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am open about my life, however you’ll have to actually talk to me to get all the facts. I have to leave something to be desired-right?

I will admit one silly/harmless thing I suppose. I have an ongoing collection of fortunes from fortune cookies. I hope one day to make a really cool piece of art from it.
You should message me if
You should message me if you are interested in getting to know me and wouldn't mind me getting to know you back! I'm very personable, and love to talk to new people!

Bonus Points If You:
1) Are driven in life
2) Are close with your family/friends
