I am ridiculous, easy-going, and polite.

My Self-Summary

My self summary... I was never really one for open-end questions... I guess I'll start from the beginning. I was born in Tampa, but raised in Atlanta. I spent a little time in Australia, so I've got stories to tell. I've been playing and writing music for about 15 years now, and don't plan on quitting anytime soon. I live for humor, and going out to socialize. Also, I'm a lot more of a smartass than I'm going to let on in this entire profile :-)

Amendment #1. Okcupid is now telling me that I must expand my profile to 1,000 characters... wait.. words... Splendid... This makes me feel like I'm back in college again. Ok! here goes!

Random facts:
-I'm super polite when I first meet you or when I'm around people I don't know, and I remain polite forever, but as I get to know a person, my crude sense of humor will begin to manifest. Look forward to it ;-)
-I LOVE Scrubs. Simply put, best show ever.
-I was born and raised in America, but most of my family lives in Germany and Australia.
-I've been known to be the center of attention in social gatherings, but only if I'm comfortable in my setting.
-I love figuring things out. Any problem: mathematical, mechanical, scientific, psychological, etc. Throw it my way.
-I honestly love just talking. I love getting the chance to see the world through someone else's eyes.

Ok, aaaaand I give up. 1,000 words just doesn't look like it's going to happen...

What I’m doing with my life

Currently I'm working with a small computer company that I'm sure you've all heard of, but I'm not gonna broadcast the name. Ask me and I'll tell you. Already did that whole college thing, and never wanna do it again haha. My plans are to continue in the computer field, not because it's my passion, but because I can do it, and the field will only get bigger, so I won't need to worry about job security as much. My true passion is in music, and I plan to continue recording and producing music in my free time.

I’m really good at

-Meeting new people. I absolutely love meeting new people because you never know what's going to come out of the other persons mouth. It's always fresh.

-Computer stuff. As geeky as it sounds, I love working on computers. Some guys learn how to fix cars, well I learned how to fix computers. Tell me your problem, we can fix it.

-Music. My absolute passion in life. I personally feel as if music is all the communication that doesn't fall into the uniform of formal languages. So much emotion can be expressed through music that can never be verbalized.

-Making people laugh. Ok, for real, I love laughter. I love making people laugh. I love humor. As a former improv actor, I spend a lot of time trying to sharpen my mind so I can be just a little wittier, a little quicker.

The first things people usually notice about me

Apparently, my "perfect teeth." I never used to get that compliment, but lately I've heard it a lot... Aside from that, my sarcastic sense of humor.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: 1984, Carl Sagan's Cosmos

Movies: SUPERBAD!!!, A Scanner Darkly, Fight Club, Zach and Miri Make a Porno, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, anything by Kevin Smith (Jersey Girl included... I'm a sissy lol)

Music: honestly, I love almost ALL music... talk to me about it, music is my life :-D

Food: Italian cuisine rocks hard... Also pretty fond of tex-mex

The six things I could never do without

1. Some sort of musical instrument...
2. My blackberry, as dumb as that sounds
3. People, I need to talk to people or I'll explode! :-O
4. Clothes, I guess... Walking around naked everywhere would be weird.
5. My car, cus walking long distances naked would be even weirder...
6. The internet. What CAN'T you find on the internet?

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Music... I'll be mid-conversation and start thinking about a chord progression that might work in a song I'm writing. Sorta like J.D. from Scrubs, but not as awkward haha

On a typical Friday night I am

Still at work :-( but usually at the casino after!

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

Well snap.. I can't think of anything to put here, so I'll tell ya what... Send me questions, and I'll put the answers up here (depending on how embarrassing :-P)

You should message me if

My biggest pet peeve is hanging around someone who is uncomfortable with being themselves... that being said, if you are comfortable in your own skin, love music and just having a good time, drop me a line. I'm real easy to get along with, I promise.
