Because we both appreciate time spent in nature, we likely spend a lot of our time together outdoors....in whatever capacity strikes our fancy at the time. I'm up for it all, especially if it involves mountains or water!
As often as we can, we also try to get a bit further afield to explore the rest of the world - the more off-the-beaten path the better.
You are a funny, goofy, warm, smart man who is well informed. And I kind of fall for you during our conversations because you are curious and aware. What I most admire in men is a combination of a fun and adventurous spirit with an ability to successfully navigate the real world. I like a guy who is at ease with life, sees the joy in it, and is looking to make the most of it.
Don’t be shy. I think if you read my profile carefully, you know my kind of man. If you see a match, please say hello!
Trying to figure out how to make others' lives better in the process as well. What can I say...I'm still a bit of a VT hippie idealist at heart, because I'm never fully satisfied if I don't feel like I'm giving back as well.
just the right amount of sass
booking vacations/vacations homes. Seriously, my friends can back me up here. I am awesome at this, may even turn it into a business soon.
Big fan of clever and witty sarcasm - movies of the Anchorman variety, TV of the Jon Stewart/Family Guy variety, and newspapers of the Onion variety... you get the idea. I don't mind pushing the boundaries of decency for a good laugh at times. But the next day you might find me watching an artsy foreign drama.
I love music but one look at my ipod confuses most because my taste really varies. I listen to mostly alternative-ish/singer-songwriter stuff when just going about my day or driving.
Love food... up to try anything or try and make anything! Cooking is something I really enjoy - along with baking. I also dig bourbon. A well-made brown cocktail is a favorite treat.
- passport -- I know everyone on here claims travel, but this is something I just can't leave off, it has had too much of an impact on my life and I hope to continue to have more off-the-beaten path adventures into the future, ideally even living abroad again.
- time in the mountains
- time on the water
life and what it's all about and how to make great memories. how I can make the world a more sustainable, pleasant place. how to be a better person.
people... what they are up to, what a day in their life is like, etc. Kinda random, I know. But along the lines of looking out an airplane window and wondering what it must be like to live in one of the little towns I'm flying over.
relaxing with a movie?
flying or driving somewhere?
I often just rest up to enjoy an early Saturday, but can be easily swayed by a bright idea
